She had been doing well in her training so far, and she wanted to keep her skills as sharp as she could. Her Osprey circled overhead while her macaque marched along beside her, stoic and quiet as ever. The sky was overcast today but it wasn't chilly. It was a nice crisp, cool afternoon and it seemed a good day for a spar provided she could find someone to spar with her today. When she found a decent looking clearing, she shook out her nerves and took a few deep breaths to relax. Her claws absentmindedly scraped into the ground and when she felt ready, she tilted her head back and called for an opponent to join her on the field.

Áskell bounded through the battlefield with his dad on his heels. He couldn't wait to fight someone here, even if they were much bigger than him. He didn't care, he was fierce, he was mighty! His ears flicked forward as he heard a call for an opponent. The voice sounded female and not too old. He barked cheerfully to his dad before charging toward the source of the call. He skidded and slowed his pace as he saw a girl with really cool horns.

"I like your horns! You want to spar? I look small, but I'm tough!" Well, not so much tough as he was quick. That was probably he only thing he had going for him in a fight at this age but he would do his best to put up a good fight and make his dad proud.

She scanned the battlefield as she waited for someone to show up. Before long though, the Osprey that circled above uttered a call that signaled someone was approaching. Not a few moments later, and a young boy and who she assumed to be his father arrived, and right away the boy spoke. "I like your horns! You want to spar? I look small, but I'm tough!" Her tail wagged a bit as she nodded to him, "Sure! And thank you!" She was still young herself. Not quite two years old yet, but she was steadily getting there. She offered a crooked smile as she flexed her muscles, trying to loosen up the anxious and rigid feeling she had in body and mind. She wasn't too confident about her fighting, and it seemed even against a pup she was feeling a bit of anxiety about it. "You can go first," She offered before settling into a defensive position, head lowering as it aligned with her spine. Her claws scraped into the ground, horns at the ready.

Áskell grinned as the girl answered him, she was nice! He hoped to have a good fight though. The boy assessed his opponent and tried to figure out where he should try and attack. She was so much bigger than him. Making a decision he set his defenses. Hackles raised, ears pinned to his head and his tail aligned with his spine. A moment later he charged head on toward the girl. Feeling bold he attempted to dive between her front legs, his head rotating as he sought to grab her left hind leg in his jaws just above the heel. He didn't really know what he'd do next, it all depended if he was successful or not. He grinned as he charged, hoping he was doing his dad proud.
