Ever Dream
Keres!

Soft sand pressed up between Sorin's toes as he padded quietly along the shoreline. His body was tense with uncertainty, mostly because he wasn't too certain if he had a second shadow today or not. Glitch was known to follow in his wake from time to time, and there was nothing he could do about it. He should consider himself lucky, though. At least he could still explore as he wanted to, so long as he didn't try to leave Glitch behind. It'd been made abundantly clear that he'd be found should he try to evade Glitch and his brother, but he honestly wasn't interested in trying his paw at an escape attempt. He had accepted his fate after Glitch tackled him to the ground and made it crystal clear that he was to be a pet.
Sorin couldn't help the soft sigh that pushed between his lips as he cast his blue gaze toward the ocean. He wasn't close enough to the water's edge to see the fish swimming within its depths, but he decided that needed to be fixed. He was determined to do as he wanted and find out everything he could about the world and the beauty around him. He wouldn't let his new place in life stop him from doing as he pleased, within reason, of course. With his spirits lifted, Sorin quickly moved toward the surf that lapped at the soft, sandy beaches of the bay. The male dropped his cranium to hang between his shoulders as he approached the water, his paws easily sinking into its crystalline surface as he aimed to find some life living within the bay.
His paws caused clouds of dirt to rise and obscure his view, but if he looked just beyond his feet a little, he might get lucky enough to see something swimming along.
