Since Joker is apparently being readopted out- Can I get a refund for my purchase of his height, and have his gems transferred into gemstore cred?

I'm sorry, for a refund to be possible the character account in question needs to have less than ten posts and Joker's has exactly ten. x: Because of that, he is unavailable for a refund.
However, since the account is being readopted out, we are willing to move the gems you have accumulated to the Gemstore Credit for you.
