Not Special

Location: Emerald Island

Duchess found herself farther and farther from the band as time went on after the loss of the pups. She pulled directly away from Indigo, but even from Segin. She felt so detached from those she once knew, and wanted to be alone. Or maybe it wasn't that she wanted to be alone, just away from them.

She had started expanding to the islands by herself without Segin who was her usual exploring partner. Across the Emerald Island was not much life which seemed fitting for her. Or she thought so. She came to the shores, looking down at the green sands that weren't very vibrant. She had imagined the name of the island would have glowed around her somber form, but that wasn't the case. Instead it was dreary and dead, and she couldn't help but reflect what she saw of the place.
