Desperation coursed through her veins as Audra decided she finally had to move into action. Nothing would come of this sickness if she moped all day. Well, night since she hadn't seen the sunrise in who knew how long. Traveling north from Auster to the more populated areas of Boreas, her honey-brown eye searched through the lingering fog. Getting used to having to twist her head more right than she, when she had with both eyes, was getting easier now. Ahead of her, just outside strong pack scented lands, a hazy orchard began to sprout vibrant green leaves. At least that was a good sign spring was coming.

Her heart ached, her head pounded, and from the eye socket that bore her dead eye ooze leaked slowly. Crystals hung heavy on her head and shoulders as she moved through the tall grasses. Depression and sourness twisted her stomach as she continued her search. There had to be someone somewhere that could help her. She was a healer after all. Maybe not the best healer out there, but good enough that she had some ideas articulating in the back of her mind.

As her dainty paws passed the threshold of the orchard, she paused. Looking up to the full moon, appearing ominous, the russet-coated girl sighed. Could she possibly find a cure for this plague? Itching at one of the crystals poking from her ear, she knew now that she had to at least try. Letting herself waste away was not the life she wanted.
