You make me a maniac

He had been travelling for so long, and with only one goal in mind: to find Andromeda. He had been told to bring her back to the pack so she could be married off to her fiancé, but to be honest he didn't actually want to do that. She deserved far better than that wolf, no matter what his own or her parents had said. But first he actually had to find her.
She stood out quite a lot, with her beautiful mirage of greens, blues, and purples, and he knew he would recognise her instantly, but he had been searching for so long that he wasn't sure if their paths would cross. He had hope though, and that hope was what kept him going.
The place he had found himself was not overly green, but not a desert either, and the ground gave way to a crater of sorts with sharp ridges on all sides. Astrophel had started to make his way down the steep decline, sure that somewhere in this valley there would be water to slake his thirst before he continued searching.
