Things never go as planned

Her meandering path had taken her far from her usual haunts, which frankly for years had consisted primarily of her pack's lands and the battlefield. She generally avoided this whole area in particular given her traumatic memories of watching Enrico die saving her from the volcano's eruption when she was a child, really, and she had no idea why she'd felt drawn back to it now. Maybe she felt that this was the place that her life path had been derailed, the time she could have spent in growing and developing into her potential stunted by covering up the trauma of that moment. Maybe it was an acknowledgement to herself that it was time to move beyond that life now, and take control of her own destiny instead of passively accepting what came her way. Of course, annoyingly, a pack's boundaries now ringed the lands she'd come intending to do self reflection and whatever in. As she stood on that boundary, her lip curled in disgusted fury. This pack should have moved or fallen long ago and saved her the trouble. She was debating whether Tyrian would be upset if she just walked in, ignoring the boundaries and risking pissing the pack off, when a sudden foul scent assaulted her nose and she jerked her head to glare in affronted dignity towards the source.
You're not feeling so well...

She had just finished decapitating yet another raccoon and dropped its head near her den. Though she was getting tired of catching, killing, and dismembering small animals. They weren't a challenge anymore. She wanted to move on to bigger things, but she didn't know what yet. The heads of her tormentors sounded nice...and she did often daydream about decapitating certain members of Habari and sticking their heads on pikes around the lands. But that's all it would be. A daydream...or would it?
Shaking her head, she realized she had been daydreaming again and so she got up and headed in search of something else to do. Her fur stunk of blood and guts, and she didn't have the mind to even bathe. At least this way, it deterred them from wanting to get close to her. Or at least, she liked to think it helped keep them away from her. While she was certain she didn't smell nice, it didn't bother her. She was used to it. In fact, she wasn't even aware of just how bad she smelled! With a pep in her step, she sauntered closer to the borders and began her search for another victim, but then movement caught her attention.
She spotted a stranger near the border, someone she had never seen and someone who didn't smell like the jerk wolves she lived with. Curious, she moved to approach the stranger, a grin on her face and tail wagging a bit. "Medusa thinks stranger wolf is pretty!" She blurted out as dual-toned eyes excitedly looked over the larger she-wolf.
