I can't bear it

Hattori heard the bear long before he spotted it, thrashing about in the water as it chomped at the air, biting at the fish leaping upstream. As it was so obviously preoccupied he didn't think his presence would be an issue, why pick a fight with a wolf when food was leaping right past its muzzle, waiting to be caught? But rather than remain focused, it huffed and puffed in Hattori's direction, getting all the more agitated as each moment passed. Even when Hattori gave it more ground and took a step back, it merely stomped closer, as though it had a one track mind. Any other predator that even spared a glance at the waterway needed to be chased off, or more.
Hattori exhaled, somewhat annoyed by the farce of it all. If it really wanted to chase him off it would take more than a bit of roaring and snarling.

It was a pretty day down here in Auster, warm as summer grasped the lands on its heat, in tendrils of sunlight. And why wouldn't it be a nice moment to have a simple but purposeful walk? Purpose as while she did her travels, she could perhaps catch something to bring it back to the band. Ears up along her tail, walking in confidence, not only because she wanted but because if anyone or anything wished to attack her, she wouldnt reflect any weakness, to perhaps make them think it twice before picking her a opponent. Besides, she barely showed any mercy to those dumb enough to mess with her.
Walking further, eyes of celestial blue fell into an scene, between a bear and Hattori. Huh, out lately bears were easier to provoke. Remembering the one who attacked two blueish pups not long ago. Of course she didn't came weaponless to a walk, and thus she brought her katana with her. Eyes narrowed, hackles rising as she allowed her white daggers to bare, but instead of wanting a frontal attack, she sneaked. Using a quite walk, and despite her bulk, she knew how to be invisible. Aiming to place herself behind the bear, using all the training she had for ambushes.

Realising Yaeume's intention, Hattori was quick to step up front, keeping the bear's focus on him as she circled around to the back. Her paws steps were feather-light atop the stones, and given that the beast was so focused on Hattori, she got into position with ease. The former Shogun had fought plenty of bears and beasts alike, but he was curious as to how his underling intended to go about this. There were not much, if any vital spots on that part of the beat, so what did she intend to do? Hattori supposed they would soon find out.
As the bear reared up onto its hind legs, front paw slashing in his direction, Hattori made to dip out of the way. If Yaeume was looking for an opening, this was it.

Ume waited, waited for the bear to ge closer, what she wanted was to aid her leader, aid him by providing a second set of fangs and claws agaisnt the creature. She knew he wouldnt need help, but a koi wolf never fought alone. She would wait for an opening, silent, quiet. She would descend in a quick but swift manner, mutted steps, like a shadow. As the bear's paw missed the Ex-Shogun, Wanting to use the surprise factor, she would lash out her paw with claws extended into it's back leg, surprising it. When it turned his face to this new attacker, she would lash her blade right across the side of the neck, near the cheek. Ears pinned, eyes narrowed, tail up in dominance, she was on the fray.

Feeling something attack its rear leg, the bear whipped around. Too fast and it stumbled, losing its footing. Hattori charged forward, shoving into the beast with all of his might as to force it onto the ground. It landed with a mighty thud, strong enough that the ground shuddered beneath Hattori's paws. He scrambled forward, teeth grasping for the line of its throat. A risky move, its paws were not to be underestimated, but this was not a chance he could let slip by. Either the bear would yield or fight to the death, the choice was out of Hattori's paws.
