So what if she had a pack now? Jack was still going to explore! There wouldn't be any holding her back or keeping her down, not by anyone or anything... ever. She swore by it. No, this antihero was an explorer and a wanderer by nature. To hell with anyone who was going to try to change that! That was one of the reasons she liked being among the pirates so much, really. They were all allowed to pretty much do their own thing. Jack's thing? Exploring, scrapping, and stealing hearts. Sounded like a good plan, right? The Prairie called to her today, as she'd gotten up early for whatever reason. Why was that, anyway? She supposed she'd passed out pretty early the night before... ah, what the hell. With confident, comfortable steps, Jack drew to the edge of the creek that bordered the place. Peering out over it all... eh. It was awfully flat. Not only that, it was dotted with... were those holes? Maybe something interesting lived inside them. Jack could hope there was something interesting out here, after all.
