Ok so I'mma just put it here because is too lengthy for discord.
I am very excited to bring in Zephyrus! With some discussion with Tea, it appears the best way to do this while bringing him in young (and conveniently ignoring that his parents are supposed to be extinct) is to have it said OOCly that [adoptive parent] found his egg, hatched it themselves, and reared him past the 'this character is too young to be playable' age otherwise I'd actually have to wait those two weeks to play him :') This is practically birth! You BIRTHED a birb, good for u!.
Whether he turns out 'good' aligned or 'evil' aligned will be very dependent on who decides to take him in, but regardless he will have a few free-as-a-bird traits that likely will stick regardless. More is described in his profile, but in short - he's probably going to be a handful once he learns to fly. I anticipate him very much enjoying a good practical joke, and because of his ability to cross Boreas much faster then a normal wolf may be able to, these pranks may not be contained to the pack he's raised in. In fact, I'm almost certain he will become a vital part of Habari's history as "that bird who shows up to play loudly on the volcanic currents once a year."
If your wolf is good-aligned and not pleased at the prospect of a friendly harassment of neighbours, Zeph will probably put on the best show of "wow I'm so sorry, I'll never bother them again." and then immediately go bother them again, so, keep that in mind. I as a player am generally very understanding of my roleplay partners worries and stresses, and while I dislike to adjust IC things for OOC reasons I would like to reassure whomever may be reading that I will to the best of my ability try not to start random wars or get kidnapped and thus require you to start a random war. Zephyrus is not malicious, merely playful.
He's also going to most likely be absolutely miserable in the winter in any region that receives snow, but I'm open to (and somewhat pleased by) the prospect of having him winter elsewhere once he's a bit older. If you've got friends in warm places, that's a +1 for you.
What I'm LOOKING for, is an individual who's not necessarily the most active in the world but who can commit to having at least a few decently paced threads in his early life so I can get a good idea ICly on how he will be raised. Ideally it'd be nice to have at least two 'completed' threads of whatever random birb-raising bullshit so I can imagine better how his personality may be shaped. I'd also like his big milestones to be roleplayed out rather then said OOC, like teaching him to fly! But otherwise I'm generally very okay with just saying something happened OOCly or going off a list of "this is how you can assume [adoptive parent] parents him."
I'd rather he be raised in a pack, band, or established family so I have a few more options for roleplay when the individual who adopts him is not feeling a thread, HOWEVER I'd be happy to accept a loner should the player be decently active. If you're cool with accepting the fact that you are sort of the only person I can roleplay him with (baby flightless fluffy bird is a lot harder to wander 3 territories away for a random skill thread then a wolf pup is) and that I may beg for a spree when I'm bursting with muse, and willing to indulge my begging for threads then I'm completely fine with hitching my bird to you.
SO, if you read through all this and are still interested please hit me up either here or in DM's so I can get a full picture before I decide! Bringing me more fun ideas, plots, etc is encouraged as is letting me know what sort of parent your character would be! So far I have interest from Xarae (Theory) and Tea (Havoc) to raise him, but I want to make sure I'm not missing out on a hidden gem of plotlines before I make my choice.

Zephyrus is a young Argentavis Magnificens. He is 6'4" (77") with a wingspan of 21'6" (258").
Zephyr has a binturong named Frigg with dexterous (mutated) paws, a cottonmouth snake named Wraith with enhanced (mutated) infrared sight,
and a violent and unpredictable honey badger named Thor.
While threading outside of Hallows' territory, you can assume his companions are always nearby.
Artorias and Briar are welcome in any of his threads regardless of tag while he is underage.
