Indigo was slightly surprised by his sudden victory in the first round but the woman hadn’t quite been able to keep up her ferocity and the massive maned man emerged the victor. A bit of time passed, he didn’t have any wounds that needed to be seen and he was quite spry still. When they would finally be put against each other massive feline paws carried him to the fighting ring. He lifted his head proudly, wanting to take this opportunity to show the world he wasn’t going to be crushed anymore. He hadn’t met his end yet. The world still had much more for him to grasp, all he had to do was take it.

He’d prove that he wasn’t done yet, that he was worthy of the love he had. That he could be her partner and not just more baggage. He lifted his sapphire blue eyes and they held fire in them like they hadn’t in a long time. He looked Ezra up and down once, but when the order was given he moved. Much like the saber toothed cat he resembled Indigo took such an approach to his battle. He aimed to charge Ezra, opening his massive fangs wide to try and grab the man’s scruff. At the same time he’d try to lift his arms around Ezra’s shoulders to dig his sharp claws into the flesh there.

"Indigo Fatalis"

The first wolf from Elysium that he was pitted against had put up a good fight, but in the end he had managed to pull out a victory at the very end. The back of his neck was a little torn up from the other male's sharp teeth, but after a quick little clean up and patch work before the second round thanks to Syanna he was ready and waiting for the next round to begin. After a few more fights finished up he was placed with his next partner who ironically had also come with the Elysium crowd. He squared off across from the man and quickly sized him up, taking note of his heavier build and the large saber fangs that poked from his upper lip along with the large, shaggy mane around his neck. They were equally matched in height though and that put him in an interesting position strategy wise.

They were given the signal to begin and his opponent wasted no time sharing in head first into the fight. Ezra braced himself in his defensive stance until the last second as the man got close and as soon as he was within reach Ezra jumped to the side to dodge the attack that the saber-cat like wolf through at him. He wasn't quite fast enough to completely avoid him though and his fangs grazed his shoulder while his sharp feline claws clipped his side, leaving shallow lacerations in both places. Ezra winced slightly from the sting of them, but he didn't slow down. He felt like he had pulled too many punches in his last fight in his constant effort to not hurt the wolves he was fighting too much and it was clear that this man was pulling out all the stops so he did as well. He lunged forward, aiming his attacks for the man's back leg and side since his neck was so well protected with thick fur. He swung his head to attempt to scrape one of his antlers against the brute's side and in the same motion went for a bite at his opponent's thigh.

The red marked man was pitted against a much more worthy opponent this time as he assessed the man before him. Just as tall but lacking in the weight that Indigo had on his side. He didn’t immediately see the serrated teeth but there was a thought to avoid the antlers that sat upon Ezra’s crown. It was only a secondary thought as their battle began, and neither wolf hesitated. As Indigo threw everything he had at the fawn colored wolf his opponent did the same against his violet fury.

Ezra looked like he was going to try and shoulder the huge hit for a moment. Indigo could already predict a last second dodge, it wasn’t smart to weather such a huge hit. He didn’t have enough time to really counter the dodge, but he managed to clip Ezra’s flesh with both tooth and nail. He didn’t leave debilitating injuries, but he wasn’t trying to kill his opponent either.

Suddenly they were well and truly sparring, dancing around each other as they came side to side as Ezra went for his rear instead of his well defended front. Indigo instinctively started to sidestep away from Ezra even as he was moving to counter attack. Antler scraped down his side near his spine, worse closer to his shoulder and dissipating down to his leg as he moved away from the man. Ezra threw a bite his direction as well, but Indigo aimed his back leg in a kick towards Ezra’s face.

Ezra felt his antler catch on the man's side, but as he reached for his hind leg he side stepped and kicked out, causing his hind leg to clip Ezra's chin before he could really get a bite in. It knocked his head away and caused him to miss his chance at a bite, but otherwise there wasn't much damage done. With the awkward angle they had ended up at in relation to one another it there wasn't many good options for his next counter attack, but he didn't want to waste time repositioning and give his opponent too much time to regroup. Hoping he could catch him before he had time to finish resetting his stance after his kick, Ezra tried to throw his shoulder into the man's ribs in an attempt to knock him off balance and shove him away while possibly leaving some bruising in his wake. He also pivoted at the same time, hunkering down into a defensive stance with his head tipped down and antlers pointed toward the other man to fend him off for any retaliation just in case.
