With Iorwerth being so stubborn it'd had taken far longer than it should have to have reached the borders of Ludicael. Admittedly with his headaches continuing and occasionally affecting his balance they'd needed to stop and rest probably more than either of them would have liked though the main cause of their delay was his stupid insistence that they were heading in the wrong direction. Far too many times had the man declared he knew where to go and led them off in a random direction, refusing to listen as Satu pointed out he was wrong, or crept off to investigate a path on his own whilst Satu was sleeping and leading only to them getting lost.

Somehow, and praise to the girl for bothering with the man throughout all of this, Satu had actually managed to get both herself and Iorwerth to Ludicael with no further injuries or any improvements to recovering his memories. He at least knew that he was Iorwerth by this stage and Satu apparently was his sister, though if possible he felt even less connected to the brown girl than he had before he'd lost his memories.

"So we are here?" He would question, looking towards her. He didn't recognise the place but it didn't mean much, he hadn't even recognised a single bit of land when he'd tried to lead the way but for some reason he wanted independence, wanted to be right. He had pride, that much was becoming obvious, each mistake he'd refused to fully own up to and had begrudgingly followed Satu once more as she cleaned up each mess he caused.

She was being the good, dutiful sister, and being very, very patient about it. Or so she kept reminding herself every time Iorwerth would insist on dragging them off to who-knows-where, convinced that he could find it despite his memory loss. Had he even been to Ludicael? At least if she kept her mouth shut and just let him do his thing, then fixed it once he was done messing it up, things went a little more smoothly and she didn't find herself on the edge of banging her head on a tree as often. She still sometimes found herself wondering if it would fix the amnesia if she bounced his head off a tree...

Well, regardless of the crazy round-about method of getting there, they were there. "Uh-huh," she said in answer to his question. "This is Ludicael. Home sweet home." Well, for her anyway, and even though lately she'd been getting restless and rather dissatisfied with it, with Iorwerth in tow she felt nothing but relief at seeing the familiar trees. "Well, I guess I should call for someone, huh?"

Without waiting for him to grump at her again that he didn't need a healer, she threw back her brown-toned muzzle and sent out a general call for a Ludicael healer, though she was kind of hoping for Song to show up and do something about him. Though to be honest she hadn't really done fantastically doing something about Anthem... but at this point Satu probably wouldn't complain that much if Song "accidentally" castrated Iorwerth...

As Novel and Dutiron had only just arrived in the lands there was certainly a large amount of adjusting to do if they planned upon remaining here with their family. Truth be told the only other option he felt they really had was to return to Ahlon for it certainly seemed that the majority were here in Ludicael or at the very least lingering somewhere around Alacritis. He longed to see them all, meet and greet each of his grandchildren properly though there would be plenty of time to do so in the days ahead. For his first afternoon in the lands though, he and Novel had parted briefly, where his mate had gone he wasn't entirely sure but his attention was suddenly fixed upon something else.

It had almost become instinct now to investigate any sounds at the borders, an odd task at first though now he had been doing it for so long the man figured he would probably need to remind himself to stay put when he heard them. This however was no ordinary call, whilst not meant for himself at all Dutiron certainly knew the sound and simply couldn't help himself as he ventured along the lands towards the source.

Sure enough there stood his niece, the spitting image of her mother. Dutiron would approach her warmly with a wide smile upon her face, though shocked as he realised who was at her side. The sight would certainly bring great joy to his sister, Iorwerth stood with one of his sisters, it was certainly a sight he'd feared would never happen considering how the man had suddenly disappeared from their lives, but here he was now. "Satu, it's wonderful to see you. And you too Iorwerth."

Satu would confirm his suspicions and announce the need to call for someone. Iorwerth still didn't wish to admit he needed a healer though with his sister not having brought up the topic again until now there was little he could do to protest. Truth be told he was worried anyway, why hadn't his memories recovered yet? Would he always face this life, knowing nothing at all of his past beyond the details that Satu had managed to provide for him, not all that much really given the fact that any conversation seemed to swiftly turn into an argument over who was right about various things. It was generally Satu, though the man hated to admit it.

He would remain silent as she called and even as they waited Iorwerth wouldn't say a word. Perhaps an awkward silence really, though their time together had been filled by many of these moments filling the gaps it seemed between each fight. Fortunately though it wasn't all that long though before someone else arrived at the scene, greeting them in a friendly manner that certainly suggested he knew the two siblings. "Hello." He responded, his own greeting certainly lacking the warmth of Dutiron's. "I know you." He declared in his blunt manner.

Iorwerth, thankfully, didn't say anything when Satu called out, though it soon became clear that he wasn't going to say anything at all, and a few minutes into the silent treatment the exuberant female was beginning to think that maybe arguing with him wasn't so bad at all. She was actually trying to think of something to say that would actually goad him into a good argument when something happened that completely distracted her from Iorwerth's stubborn silence.

"Uncle Dutiron?"

Satu gaped at the wolf who had answered her call, for a moment after her startled exclamation completely unable to form a coherent sentence even in her own head. She was vaguely aware of Dutiron's greeting, but was unable to answer. Her eyes slid guiltily to stare behind him, half-expecting to see her mother there too, and she felt even more guilty for feeling relieved to see nothing but emptiness there.

It was Iorwerth's matter-of-fact words that brought her back into focus. "Oh, uhm... Iorwerth kind of had a bit of an accident and I guess he hit his head because he doesn't remember anything and I was really hoping to get Song or Novella or someone to take a look at him because I don't really know healing and yeah..." she blurted out in one breath, then gulped in another and added - "What are you doing here?"

Of course Dutiron had no idea what sort of a mess his nephew was in, all he could see at the moment were the false positives of the situation that made it seem like the young man was finally spending time with his family. Iorwerth had always been a little odd though really and so at first he thought rather little of his comment. "Of course you do, no need for any of us to be surprised by that. I know it's been a little while, though have a little more faith in your memory than that." Of course that for once was the wrong thing that Dutiron could have said really.

Satu seemed a lot more surprised to see him here though eventually his niece would find herself once more and begin to speak. At her explanation, his expression finally became more serious as he glanced once more to his nephew. "When was this accident?" Iorwerth looked fine physically but any bleeding could be internal, that would be far more worrying than the memory loss for a moment, Satu had been right to seek a healer.

To surprised at seeing Dutiron, Satu it seemed had barely noticed Iorwerth's words and the fact that for some reason he felt he knew Dutiron. Though he couldn't actually recall the brown hued male before him, from the fact his name had been spoken and resemblance of sorts to Satu in appearance and scent Iorwerth had concluded that they knew who this person was. Who exactly he was came from Satu's shocked greeting. Uncle Dutiron.

Before he could interject with some remark about his memory actually failing him, Satu would respond, speaking with their uncle and explaining the situation. Had he a sense of humour he may have pointed out the irony of Dutiron's previous words but instead he remained silent until his uncle spoke again, a grave expression now across his face instead of that smile he'd greeted them with. "Maybe about a month." He could remember all that had happened since the accident, but not quite how long all of the traveling had taken or even knowing how long he'd been unconscious for. That had only been for around a day or two, long enough really though perhaps he was rather fortunate that it hadn't been for any longer. Satu certainly would have had a far more stressful ordeal had the man still been in the crumpled heap in the sub-terrain when she arrived to help.

At Dutiron's question, Satu looked over to Iorwerth for the answer. She wasn't really sure if he'd been down there for a while or not, she just knew how long it had taken them to get to Ludicael - way, way, way too longer - and at his assessment that it was about a month she nodded her head in agreement. That sounded about right to her too. "It took us a while to get back here," she explained, an irritable note coloring her voice. It's not like it had been her fault it took so long. "I would have brought him to Seracia because it's closer but I don't know anyone there and what if they didn't even have healers? I thought maybe Song might let him stay here until he's better..." She looked up at her uncle a little anxiously, hoping that she hadn't done wrong by doing so. He was family, but the pack had rules too... It hadn't occurred to her that neither of the males would be aware that he was actually part of Seracia, and after a month away the pack scent would have faded on them both enough to be indecipherable.

If Iorwerth was still standing after that long then chances were there was no serious damage done other than the amnesia. Dutiron would relax a little, whatever happened his nephew would be fine, whether he got his memory back or not. Judging from the fact that the pair were still together after a month though, without his memory it seemed that the man was far more accepting of his family.

"He should be fine then." Dutiron responded calmly. "No need for a healer, if his memory is going to return it will do so on its own." Amnesia wasn't anything he'd had experience with before fortunately, though knowledgeable man had certainly picked up plenty of knowledge about things in his life all the same. As for whether or not Iorwerth could stay Dutiron couldn't answer, that was indeed down to Song. He saw no reason why she wouldn't allow him to though, and certainly had no idea whether Seracia would have been closer for them nor why Satu may have gone there, though he wouldn't question it.

Satu would offer a little more information to their uncle including something about Seracia being closer. The name didn't pull back any memories and he chose not to question it, instead taking pride in the fact that he had been right as Dutiron explained he didn't need a healer. "I told you that I did not need a healer." Iorwerth stated bluntly, there was no humour nor did the pride travel through either. For all it sounded like he could have simply been commenting on the weather, albeit in his usual detached manner.

As for staying until he was better, had some of his memory back, the man couldn't help but feel it was a good idea. Hopefully whoever this Song was she would allow him to stay. He could survive, that knowledge had remained intact it seemed but the man still didn't like not knowing a single thing about himself.
