She had been so close to making a friend of these strange southerners before it had all turned to ruin. She had no clue where she had gone wrong except that perhaps her pride had had something to do with it. She watched after his departing form before pulling herself to the surface and shaking the water from her coat. She looked for a moment at the blood splatters that touched the forest floor and her lips turned down at the edges, she set her chin to a stubborn angle and looked away from the last reminders of the dream like boy who had taken away into the forest like he had never existed. She had more pressing problems now anyway, like.. where had they started from, she had been following him here but she had been so engrossed in learning about the strange being that she had not realised what way they had come from. She started off in one direction, but to be honest with herself nothing looked familiar. After some journey through the forest she realised she definitely could not be going the right way. She turned around and attempted to head back the way she had come, but her zig-zagged path wasn't easy to follow back. She eventually found a part of the stream again and stepped out to meet it, dipping her pools in the cool water before glaring angrily at her own reflection. How had she allowed this to happen? How had she gotten so.. utterly... lost.

As usual Al?wo found herself on her own rather that socialising with the rest of the tribe. The life was certainly lonely but still she couldn't bring herself to accept the other members of the Tahtla and to spend time with them as they all did with one and other. Perhaps there was also the chance that she honestly wasn't even entirely certain how to interact with these strangers. Of course she stood a far better chance with them than with the strange Northern wolves whose language was completely unknown to her.

There was one of them nearby now. Of course Al?wo couldn't say for certain, though she knew that the scent was rather foreign and she was sure at least that this wolf was not a member of the tribe. Appearance of course would offer no additional confirmation, the soft brown hue that adorned most of her fur had been seen amongst others of the Tahtla and so whilst she smelt strange, she at least looked normal. She should have perhaps cared a little more concerned for a stranger lurking in their lands though Al?wo wouldn't trouble herself and instead silently move to continue upon her way, prepared to completely ignore the stranger.
