Hello Hello all! Back with a Recluse kid a little earlier than expected but I'm taking the initiative to re-adopt Imp Klien back out to a new player. This boy is kinda in the middle of some drama right now with Habari being challenged for. Though it is worth knowing that at the time of posting this the exact outcome is unknown and he's also kind of in limbo.

In summary: Due to Habari being challenged for Imp and his litter mates have been taken by their adoptive father Eraithus to protect them in the event Recluse loses. If she wins they'll be called back by their mother and if she loses they'll be moved somewhere safe as a family. That said liquid timing exists and you can be assured I'll want some mother/son threads with him under those circumstances.

So let's get onto the meat of this re-adoption!

The rules: Real quick right off the bat, I expect at least a moderate amount of activity for this boy, I am not the fastest poster however Recluse is my alpha and as such is one of my more active characters. If you feel you cannot be active for an extended period of time please reach out to me, if you fail to do so and go at least a month without at least one post Imp may be reclaimed without warning. If you plan to set him inactive please reach out to me, I will take him back no questions asked. If you do set him inactive I will reclaim them without warning. Once he's are a year old I consider him yours and will only reclaim if you set him inactive.

Names: I greatly prefer that for continuity that Imp's name not be changed upon readoption, however I will consider changed names for apps I really like.

Designs: Imp currently comes with a design (and some art) as can be seen on his profile (linked above) which I would prefer remain the same however you may choose to use another design, your own or any of the designs found here. Please know all designs provided by me (and corresponding art) will be reclaimed/stay with the character if reclaimed or adopted out. They absolutely are not to be used outside of the site. You are free to provide your own, which will stay with you in the event of re-adoption. Additionally, Imp had viper fang mutations purchased for him, by me, they will be staying with him regardless of what design he is re-adopted out with. Please understand that if you plan to keep Imp's appearance the same I will still request it be re-written out in your own words to avoid any plagiarism issues.

The information for any discounts that would apply in the event you wish to use a new design are:

Personalities: You may, if you wish, choose to keep Imp's personality similar to his original one, please understand however that you will be asked for it to be re-written out in your own words to avoid any plagiarism issues. You may however also choose to change his personality and alignment some, the guidelines being: Alignments can range from true neutral to chaotic evil, the Kleins are a darker family generally and will not be taught what might be considered common morals, your character should not be a bleeding heart as Recluse would quickly stifle that in any of her children. Additionally, while she may be callous from time to time Recluse will genuinely care for her children and not be a neglectful mother to any children she keeps so familial hate would not make sense, I understand IC things can change a character but these should not be things planned from the outset.

Also please keep in mind:

Recluse would absolutely not hesitate to abandon children that she feels are not up to snuff. As such I will not be considering apps with obvious disabilities, physical or mental as Recluse would not keep them and they'd be left to die. Which would have happened already, and as she did not abandon Imp I do not wish to have to recton this. Note: This does not apply to albino traits that give a character disadvantages, such as light blindness or fragile skin, as Recluse herself has those.

Character Name: Imp Klein
Alignment: Neutral evil
Apperance: This pale wisp of a man shows of a nearly flawless base of bone white fur that shows the faintest hue of his pale pink skin peeking through where the fur is thinnest. The albino traits from his mother shine through strongly in him from nose to tail. If it were not for the striking markings that his sire provided he'd likely be a spitting image of her. Ripples of vibrant blue and smokey gray break up the otherwise solid white of his fur, looking almost like the ridges of waves as they form around the back of his neck, across his hips, and over the back of his tail. They dissipate into more scattered markings down each of his legs as well. His pale, pink hued gaze is framed by similarly colored markings with flecks of this vibrant blue right at the outer corners. Imp is a tall brute with a height matching the tallest around at forty five inches, but takes more after his mother than anyone else when it comes to his build. He is slender and willowy with long legs that make him seem to float with graceful strides, like a ghost drifting through a forest at night.

Personality: (This is more of an adult personality. Imagine him as a more watered down, more energetic version of this right now and he'll grow into it.)
Selfish - His number one priority is almost always himself. If the situation does not benefit him or play to his interests then he is at best likely to be bored by it and at worst outright refuse to take part in it. His family does benefit from the fact that he views them in such a possessive manner that they gain the majority of his attention and drive, but that does mean that anyone outside of his immediate family does have a hard time gaining his respect or notice. He can be very prideful, putting a lot of attention and energy into his own appearance and abilities. He is not so diluted as to think that he is superior in every way simply because of who he is and instead crafts himself into something that he can be proud of presenting to the world with all of the bravado and pride he has earned for himself.
Independent - Imp doesn't often choose on his own free will to seek out the company of others unless it will benefit him in some way. He takes after his mother's reclusive nature and values the time he spends either on his own or with the select few that he views as worthy of his time. He doesn't often feel the need to include others or get the opinion of others in on his decisions and that can make him slightly impulsive. He does and takes whatever he desires in whichever way suits him best and doesn't tend to think of the broader implications of his actions. It's not uncommon for him to strike out on his own for stretches of time and then return to his family as if nothing happened and he had been here all along.
Inquisitive - His mind is always turning and always grasping for new information. He views learning as one of his greatest powers and hoards information like a dragon hoards gold. He sees the benefit in being quiet and observant like a snake in the grass so that he can take what he knows and whisper in the ears of the ones that he can manipulate or guide. When he's in a lesson or being taught something that he's interested in its one of the few times he will put aside his pride and actually value the input and wisdom of others. He will be the first to acknowledge when he is lacking in any particular skill and isn't afraid to seek out someone to teach him more on a certain topic. However, as soon as he feels that he has mastered that area of interest he will discard his tutor or at the very least view them entirely as equals.
Skills: Fighting, Intellect
Plans: It'll probably depend pretty heavily on the outcome of the challenge and where they end up, but at the very least I imagine he'll stick close to Recluse and fam for at least the first couple of years and then see where what's going on at that point. I don't necessarily see him settling down into any kind of "traditional" relationship. Thinking more hopping from one to another or maybe having one out of obligation or convenience at some point. He'll likely be the kind of kid to pick on his siblings but if someone else messes with them then that's not okay with him. Very "only I can be mean to my siblings" vibes until he gets older and grows out of the tormenting phase. Later on when he's older I could see him as some sort of spy or advisor. Think very hand of the king with helpers that bring him information vibes.

I will be closing apps for Imp on November 27th as the kids are no longer in limbo and a lot of stuff's gotta happen pretty quick! If you're interested get your apps in and finished before then please and thank you!

Alignment: chaotic evil - if you were to look at an expanded alignment chart, he'd probably be a more disorderly evil or chaotic impure. The chaos and the evil are relatively independent of each other... until they're not.
Apperance: first choice, second choice
(writing this for the first one, build description will stay the same regardless of design though)
Imp is his mother's son. A wraith of a boy, it will be hard to keep weight on him as he grows. He looks delicate, from a distance, all steep angles and hard edges. His features are fairly feminine, and his eyes are maybe a bit large for his face. This works in his favor, especially for the times when Imp needs to manufacture innocence. Beneath the surface, there's a deceptive amount of muscle on this boy, and he'll develop a fighting style to work in perfect harmony with that.

His coat is a deep, dark grey-blue. Darker markings play throughout the plush fur, especially on his face, topline, legs, and tail. A cheeky bit of white shows through at the tips of his ears, tail, toes, and a little on his face and chest as well. Imp has startling pink eyes-- another gift from his mother. The tips of his fangs peek out from below his dark lips, leaving a bit more when it comes to the impression of danger.

Impulsive - Imp may as well be short for impulsive. The decisions he makes are often heralded by his gut and his gut alone. Maybe as he ages, that gut instinct will improve, but for now... well, for now those choices are going to be questionable. Imp is most comfortable with his back against the wall. He doesn't really mind being driven to action by necessity. He's always game to do something reckless, something dangerous, and something absolutely brilliant. Act on impulse, trust your gut, and be absolutely brilliant.
Eccentric - Eccentric is a pretty word for weird. Imp is a boy with big ideas, planned or not. Though he's weird, he's also charming enough to make that weird nature endearing. A bit of a mad hatter streak runs through Imp, alive and well. At heart, he's an odd man that enjoys pretty things.
Manipulative - Imp is absolutely shameless about the way he tries to get what he wants. He's extremely observant, and will use all of that information against a given target in an effort to get what he wants. This boy is also an incredibly good liar, something he'll pride himself on as he gets older. Lie, cheat, steal, all of it-- all in the name of getting what he wants. Manipulative and sneaky, and incredibly efficient about both of those things.
Anxious - Much like his mother, Imp is reclusive by nature. Open spaces and crowds both make him feel a bit uncomfortable, a bit nervous. He prefers to spirit himself away and grant a select few with his company, as a general rule. Still, he will hunger near-endlessly for the attention and affections of those selected to be in his company. Also, following the tumultuous events of his early seasons, Imp will be the first to seek safety and surround himself with creature comforts in life. Maybe it's his way of keeping himself safe. Imp is a boy with attachment-related anxiety, and attachment issues in general. He'll burn himself holding on too tight to things that don't necessarily want to be held, and the cycle will continue.
Skills: Fighting & intellect
Plans: Local man ruins everything, has little remorse, refuses to look back. Man is a self-sabotaging mess, who many inadvertently sabotage everyone around him as well. A bane to everything he touches, whether he means to be or not-- I do foresee him also intentionally sabotaging things, sometimes: maybe for his own good, maybe for the greater good... well... subjective good.

So I'm definitely not very behind on this! I want to thank everyone who showed interest. I also received an app through DMs and after spending a lot of time considering them all, I've finally decided.
