Now that she has a small group of her own and a place for them to call home, it was time to venture and see where else they could expand. Unfortunately, the plains that were south of the Oasis were out of the question due to the longstanding habitation of the Valhalla Pack. So, she had to see where other opportunities lie. Making her way further west, toward the coast, Celeste followed a dried-up riverbed. Hoping it would take her to the ocean so she could see how far they really were from it, she was surprised to see growing vegetation the farther she moved out. Off to her left, palmetto trees began to rise in larger clusters with cacti and other brush spreading out. Curious, the petite wolf made her way over to the trees to begin investigating. This area seemed to have softer ground and more life such as bugs, rodents, and vegetation that was thriving. |
