Magnificent

Nami had been here once before but she found herself wandering back here again. Last time she'd come to this place she'd ended up helping a young boy wrestle a shark - and though they'd been successful it had been a pretty stressful experience and she hadn't gotten to take the time to fully explore the land like she wanted to. Maybe today was the day for that! It was a crisp autumn day, the sort of day she'd be foolish to complain about, not that she was the type to dwell on the negative. Swiveling her head around, the orange bandana that lay loosely tied around her neck shifting with her movements, she took in her surroundings. The water beneath her paws was mostly still, only disturbed by a faint breeze that whisked through the area.

Her orange gaze fixed on the water just below her for a long while, noting the minnows that darted in and out between her paws. Not suitable for eating, not really, but still a welcome sight for her. She was only torn away from watching the silvery little fish when the scent of a stranger touched her nose. Some company would be lovely, she nearly always felt that way, and immediately her ears perked as she searched for any signs of them nearby as she began to wade through the shallow waters.
