From the fiery mountain to the nearby Redbud Nook, Medusa found nothing of hers on the slopes of Mount Volkan, so she made her way down to her old den in the Nook and found a plethora of trinkets and things that she had crafted (or tried to craft) over the two years she had been here. The old decapitated animals and skinned creatures and frankensteined creations had all but rotted away, leaving behind nothing but scattered bones and little skulls on stakes that littered the outside of her former den.
It was strange being back around here now that Habari was dead and gone. She had almost considered taking these lands but had decided against it. Not for herself, but more so that it would've probably been considered yet another blow to the former Habari wolf's pride or whatever. Eh, why should she care about that though? The Nook had always been pretty nice.
