Another day begins

It was morning, Kotori could feel the suns warmth as the first hint of its colors touched the land. It was mild, and doubtful it would grow too much warmer this time of the year but that didn’t mean it couldn’t be pleasant. The alpha got up, stretching slowly with enjoyment before shaking out his coat.

Making his way to the waters edge the lowered his head for a drink, snorting as a fish had chosen that moment to leap in the water, splashing his muzzle so that it got wet a moment earlier than expected. Good morning indeed.
Taking his drink Kotori raised his head, glancing about as he rant through his head the tasks of the day.
