Character Statuses [Inactivate, given back, etc]

Reducing character count again. The amount of activity I’ve been able to manage does not justify the amount of characters I have. To attempt to mitigate that, I am cutting the following characters from my list. This does not mean I do not love them, but unfortunately I have needed to make some decisions. The only two additional characters I will be bringing in down the line are my Bellacere pup and eventual Gavroche pup. Alexander will be set inactive after the raid is determined so I don't throw things off.

For my own safety due to temptation, if I attempt to apply for a pup, please do not let me have it. Thank you.
