Nestled near the heart of Alacritia, Chrysanthe would travel to this point with a specific goal in mind, dragging her daughter with her all the while. With Syrinx missing, she was somewhat of the head of the family - although one could argue that Erani held that as Valhalla's leader, she was more than welcome to come to this as well and argue her point if she wanted to. The last thing that the female wanted was a fight here, but honestly - her family was of so many different alignments it might just turn out that way. Regardless of what could occur, the russet faced woman wanted to call the family together - anyone with the surname Adravendi would be requested to at least show up to this gathering. She wanted to know her family in its entirety, and whether they liked her, or hated her, or anyone else that happened to be their kin - blood was blood. They should know each other, even if it was just a name, a face and a scent. So her calling to the place with neat rows of tall trees with sweet fruit would be one of purpose.

"You have a lot of family Odette, it's time we met them all." She hadn't often seen her sister's children - and that in and of itself was something of a sin. Hopefully Odette would be excited to meet the wolves that were a part of the family that she had brought her into. For so long it had been she, Erani, and her aunts from her grandmother's side, but had she ever run into the lupine that were born and bred in Seracia? That had gone and claimed Amenti? Their name was once a great one, ruling nearly half of Alacritia in their prime. It seemed that prime was over though, as all three of them had lost their thrones. Seracia was close enough for Chrysanthe to smell Epiphron's scent missing from the borders, and instead a stranger's scent would strongly replace it. If she needed a final excuse to finally do this, that was it - she had no idea where her sister had gone or where her children were. Syrinx was illusive, and she was sure that his kids took after him but Epiphron? She wasn't the type to just vanish.

The one eyed woman would raise her head and howl, a long, widespread call for her family. If one could hear a call at the battlefield, one could hear her call where she stood as well. After she felt the song had spread, and Odette had possibly let loose a call of her own, she would lower her head and sigh, before looking up and smiling at her daughter. And now we wait." She was a bit nervous - would they show up for a stranger's howl?

ooc: Time for the fambam to know each other! They can introduce themselves and figure out where one another live and all of that junk c: This should be fun~

OOC: not sure if you wanted Odette to post first or not. I had some spur of the moment Sevan muse. I can delete it if you want and post after Wynn :)

Russet pelt rippled across her lean muscle, she had finally a year of age. Muscle had been packed onto her lean frame, she spent most of her time alone, training herself ruthlessly. Her father was still missing. Her sisters still gone. She was alone, no family. Creamy lips remained in a nearly perpetual snarl. Blue and silver eyes glittered with barely contained rage. Her crown lifted high as a call rang out. It was not familiar to the girl, but it called to her nonetheless.

With narrowed gaze, limbs would carry her into an easy lope. The air slowly became sweeter as she closed in on the source of the call. She would slow to a walk, paws sinking into the earth quietly. She would approach warily, her chin tucked carefully against her throat, tail flagging out behind her.

Eyes would come to rest upon two women. One she knew. Her aunt. The red faced woman had changed since she last saw her. She would now blinded in one eye. Fool. Snide thoughts slid through her twisted mind. "Why am I here?" There had better be a point to this. She had come to hate socializing with others. Particularly this side of the family. At least with her father and sisters they were free to be at each others throat, battling for power. This side of the family was different, all about love and kindness and shit.

The russet girl would reman standing, her posture rigid. The girl that stood beside her Aunt was unfamiliar, and therefore ignored entirely. She carried no red in her pelt, she couldn't be blood. If more of this family was going to show up, she and no intentions of lingering. She had no reason to be in their presence. They couldn't compete with her. They were below her. They maybe Adravendi, but they were not sired by her father. They were nothing more than a mistake that marred their flawless lines.

ooc: she be angry XD

The first to arrive would be one of Syrinx's children. Sevan - she had grown so quickly. The woman was glad to see that she was in one piece - but it woudl also seem, that she did not want to be here. Not the best of starts, but Chrysanthe didn't expect everyone to be up for the surprise gathering. "Your father is gone again." She would say, her voice conveying that she was not happy with that face, that she worried for her brother - but also was angry at him. He had sired these children, and then left them to fend for themselves. Thankfully, they seemed to be capable, as they were at this particular age. "You should know who shares your name, Sevan. Have you met them? This would be the chance for her to glance upon the wolves that shared her name, "I am not asking you to like them." Heaven knew the girl hated her - for reasons that she never really came to understand. But Syrinx's girls were miserable during their time in Valhalla despite being daughters to the King. "But they are yours, the knowledge could be useful someday." She hadn't a clue what reaction that the girl would give her, but she would coax her the way she would her brother, hope that she understood that family was family and there wasn't anything that she could do to change who she was related to.
Whether she stayed or not was up to her, but Chrysanthe hoped she would stay long enough to at least see Epiphron's children should they come. They were around her age, and had done nothing to earn her disrespect. The woman knew that she would not be seen as respectable to some if not much of her family after loosing Valhalla, loosing half of her sight - but she was trying to pick up the pieces of her scattered family. This was what her father, hell - what Syrinx would want her to do, she was sure. "Your father would want you to know them after all."

It had been so long since she had seen any of her family beyond her husband and her children. Azalea had visited her occasionally, but besides that, it had been far too long. There would forever be a void in her heart so long as they were not near -- but her longing for them was something she would not admit, even to her husband. She was strong. But she would not deny that she felt her heart lurch within her chest at the familiar sound of her sister's call. Though her sister had been defeated, had been blinded by the bastard who called himself King of Glaciem -- Chrysanthe's voice had not lost its strength. Her sister was calling from many miles away, close to the lands she had once known as home, lands still claimed by The Kingdom of Seracia.

Her paws would carry her as quickly as she could. After giving birth to two litters, she had fully recovered and her body bore no signs that she had ever been blessed with children. Her gait was hurried but not panicked. There was no reason to be; Chrysanthe's call held no sadness. It would not be a meeting of sorrow, as they had met so many times before.

She felt joy spread from head to her toes as her sister's red face slowly came into her vision. The journey had not taken minutes as she had hoped, but at least an hour or two -- but she was here. The woman's tongue lolled from parted jaws as he pace increased, loping forward to meet her sister and embrace her without hesitation. A smile licked the corners of her lips as she pulled back to observe her sister for a long moment. Her gaze danced to the other two, both unfamiliar to her. But she could not help but note that the youngest looked strangely like her father..

"Chrysanthe," she started, red-tipped tail flicking idly behind her frame. "What is the occasion?"

She hadn't been in the company of an Adravendi for so long, her mind a blur of what they all looked like; the beauty they all had, there strength and charisma, forgotten. She yearned to see Syren once more, to be by her side and build up a decent life once more. Syrinx might have lost his throne of amenti, but Meinx had not yet ended her reign for power. The call would poison into her lobes, and Meinx knew all to well she'd be a fool to miss it. Awaken from her deep slumber she'd step into the opening light, Walking at a quick pace to see who had arrived. The dark pearl still had no idea who she'd know, only that the howl had come from Chrysanthe. Even though she no longer holds a crown, it didnt mean her alpha instincts would die out, and even if the youth wasnt willing to admit it, deep down she knew she wanted Chrys to take back the power. After around half an hour of travelling, She'd see it. The gathering ever so slowly growing. But alas her gaze would fall upon sevan, for only a moment and even though they where siters, she felt nothing- turning a rather cold shoulder upon her. When they had lived together Meinx had never really grown a bond with her, missing out on such a time with that one individual. " Chrysanthe! Whats this all about?" She knew the call was for the Adravendi's, and hoped that Syren or Vyv would arrive, she missed them both dearly. Nearly reaching her full height like her father, Meinx was still growing at currently 30"
Meinx has no nose and heavy scarring on the top of the muzzle. Some tables may not show this.

Her aunts observation would bring a sarcastic smirk to her face, a bitter bark of laughter spewing from her lips. She would say nothing more about her father. Her aunt would continue to coax her into staying, to meet more of her family. She would resign herself, russet haunches dropping to the earth. She remained silent until her aunt spoke once more of her father. Immediately her gaze would sharp, turning to liquid fire. "My father lost the right to have a say in anything."

Another woman would approach, one that was not familiar. She would ignore her, her attention captured by a third figure. Meinx. The dark girl would ignore her, and the russet girl would return the cold shoulder. She had never bonded with her sisters, never formed a relationship with them. She felt no need to greet her warmly, or even greet her at all. She had disappeared as well, along with their father. She didn't deserve her greeting.

When Chrysanthe had woken her up that morning, Odette was surprised. She was usually the one who beat her mother to the punch, but for some reason, it was different this time. After realizing that the sky was still full of scattered stars and a dark background, she wanted to go back to sleep. Odette rarely woke up when the night sky was still present, for she preferred to watch the sun rise and the birth of a new day. However, after being coaxed by her mother into possibly hunting afterward, Odette slowly peeled herself from the cool den floor.
At first, Odette didn't know what her mother had up her sleeve. Once they started walking from Valhalla towards the East, Chrysanthe told her what she was planning. Family was definitely important to Odette, so the idea of meeting the wolves that were related to Chrysanthe made her perk up. A chance to have them all around her, so she could find out more about them, was something that only came once in a lifetime. Eagerness rose above the sleep deprived yearling as their journey continued.
Upon reaching the orchard, Odette was excited. Chrysanthe didn't waste any time in calling for her family. The Gargoyle mini-me chorused with her mother, for she wanted to see who all would appear. After their howls faded, Odette looked at Chrysanthe and said, "I wonder how many will appear." She wasn't disappointed when they slowly started to pour in.
First was Sevan, a cousin she hadn't known existed. There was nothing about the girl that was familiar to Odette, so she remained silent as she watched Chrysanthe speak to the yearling. Apparently, her father had disappeared and it had left a bad impact on Sevan. Odette knew how it felt, but she figured if she voiced her own woes, it would be a weapon of demeaning from her adopted cousin. After awhile, another wolf appeared that greatly resembled her mother. Odette's heart skipped a beat when she realized that her Aunt Epiphron had appeared. "Mother," she hurriedly whispered, "is that Aunt Pip? She's beautiful." She was lost for words for that split minute.
Another female appeared and she greatly resembled the first girl that appeared. Meinx was more formal and approachable than her sister, so Odette warmed up to the personality that lay beneath the layers. Her tail gently swept around her frame before she reclined to her haunches. Red and blue eyes met the girl's gaze before looking over at Sevan's own silver and blue opts. Her set of eyes were pretty as well. There was something about Odette and eyes...why were they so important?

Ah, so Sevan was upset with her father as well. Chrysanthe couldn't blame the girl in the least, but it was easy to see that the last thing that she wanted was anyone's sympathy. With a final gaze she would turn away from the girl to look toward the next two to make their entrances. The Adravendi's visage would lift into a rather wide smile as Epiphron appeared. Her tail waved gently behind her as she approached the other, meeting her half way to their embrace. It would seem her smaller sister had managed to grow in presence, how she missed having the lady around. Meinx would trail shortly after her, and Chrysanthe had not seen this child since Syrinx left for Amenti either - it would seem that she was a bit less hostile than her sister, and would ask the same question that Pip and Sevan had. "I want our family to truly know one another." There were children and relatives that the woman did not know or recognize herself and she found that to be completely unacceptable. "Have you seen the rest of your sisters?" Her dominantly russet head would tilt just slightly as she asked her question.

Odette's comment on Epiphron's appearance made Chrysanthe grin, somewhat toothy, and she would quickly agree. "She is isn't she." Her one eyed gaze would meet her sister's with the statement, before she realized that already, not everyone here was acquainted with one another. "Pip, these girls here are Sevan and Meinx, two of Syrinx's daughters." She would motion toward each as she introduced them, and give them time to say something, anything to their other aunt. "Ladies this is Epiphron, one of your aunts." They had more through Erani, but she wasn't sure whether Syrinx had adopted her mother as his own - and so that chain might be broken when it came to the children he had sired.

"And this is Odette, my daughter." There was a good amount of pride in her voice, because Odette was definitely someone to be proud of - and it was not often that she got to show her off to the rest of her family. It was odd, she had introduced her own daughter - but where was the rest of Pip's family? Had they not heard the call? Or did they not recognize Chrysanthe's voice, so they had decided not to come to the summons of a stranger? "Yours seem to be taking their time." She would say in a good natured tone, both teasing and a question in her statement. Something hadn't happened, had it?

Looking toward Sevan and Meinx, she would ask another question, hoping that they could explain to her a bit how their lives had been the past few months. "Where are the two of you staying?" She hoped they had found new homes. They already knew they were welcome in Valhalla, surely - but it wasn't a fit when they were young, she doubted they would want to be there now.

Once, albeit so very briefly, she had envied her sister. Now, all she felt was warm adoration and pride as she gazed upon her sister's face. She still admired her so strongly -- she'd exercised more courage than Epiphron could ever dream of. She could hardly imagine how proud their father would be if he could see Chrysanthe now. As she gazed upon her sister's face, she could not help but consider how their markings were so opposite, as if they would be a perfect creature if only they'd been born as one. It was entertaining, but not far from the truth for her. Chrysanthe would always be her equal, and she'd yet to find anyone she respected so thoroughly.

The girl beside Chrysanthe seemed almost awed at her presence, and under her breath she said something. Epiphron caught one word -- beautiful -- and she smiled gently to the girl. She introduced the two girls as Syrinx's daughters. She nearly laughed as she gazed at them. One of them looked particularly unimpressed; she wondered if the girl noticed just how much her demeanor mirrored her father's. Slowly she dipped her head to each of them in turn. "Nieces," she spoke sweetly. "I never thought Syrinx could make such beautiful children." A toothy smile was offered and she leaned to nudge Chrysanthe lightly.

The next to be introduced was Odette. Her daughter? A curious brow was lifted, but she figured out the situation as quickly as she had begun to question it. Not a child by blood, but an adopted one. It seemed so common among the Adravendis, and it did not surprise her that Chrysanthe had taken in a child of her own -- albeit an older one. Though adoption was common in her family, the Adravendi name was not at all given out freely, and knowing that her sister had taken in Odette as family meant something powerful even if she did not know her yet.

The absence of her own children wouldn't be ignored, as she ought to have expected. A gentle sigh escaped pursed lips, tail flicking anxiously behind her. "I don't know where all of them are," she explained carefully. It wasn't as though they were pups, wandering alone and defenseless. They could all care for themselves, yet she couldn't help but feel guilty that none had chosen to stay with her. "Maverick and I chose to leave Seracia. None of our children followed. We've taken refuge in a newer pack, Ebony, led by a woman named Raisa. " It had been painful, but she'd made a decision and her children had made theirs.

Her aunt would address her again, wanting to know about the whereabout of her sisters. A shrug would lift her shoulders and she said nothing more. There was nothing more to say, her sisters had vanished along with their father, this was her first time seeing Meinx in months. Her sharp gaze would drift to the mostly pale woman as Chrysanthe introduced them. She dipped her crown in greeting, but didn't speak, didn't even crack a smile as her second Aunt would crack a joke about her father.

Words would fall on deaf ears until she noticed a question being directed at her. Here and there." She didn't have a place to stay, she was a wandered now, homeless. She slept wherever she found a suitable place to stay for the night, and the next morning she would be gone again.

Her second aunt would continue to speak, but the princess was only half listening. Something about her leaving Seracia and none of her kids followed. Some kids. No matter her thoughts, russet and cream face would remain emotionless. Blue and silver eyes drifting from her aunts to her daughter and then to nothing. Not once did she meet her sisters gaze.

Kismet had been wandering, there were so many pups in Glaciem he'd realised it was surely impossible to monitor them all, particularly two children that didn't belong there in the first place. He planned to work his way back to Valhalla in time, though it would be slow progress and until that point he wished to learn a little more about the lands around him. For that reason he'd been closer upon hearing the howl he recognised so well; his Great Aunt Chrysanthe. At that realisation, a smile had formed upon his features for the first time in a while and he fought the urge to rush straight towards her call. He wasn't sure after all whether Soren had heard the sound, further North than he was at this moment.

He retraced his steps, though didn't venture all the way, just enough that Soren would hear his call. He wasn't going to waste the journey if his brother for whatever reason didn't want to come, he hadn't really ever been the most adventurous after all. Letting out a call of his own to inform his brother of their aunt's howl, Kismet had then raced back towards the South in the direction of the sound. A meeting for the Adravendi family; his mother might be there.

He arrived to be disappointed though, there was no sign of Azalea though the young boy still rushed towards his female he knew to be his Great Aunt. He hadn't exactly been overly close to her, she had been busy with the pack and he exploring what had once been his island home. Even so, family certainly meant a lot to the Adravendi boy and there were no words as he simply pressed himself against her, nuzzling the woman in greeting. This was indeed all real and he was incredibly glad to once more be in the company of family. Gaining control of himself, the Kismet would withdraw from his affectionate greeting, asking the question he was dying to know the answer to; "Is my mum coming?"

He was done the den. It had taken less time this go around and he wished it hadn't. Now he was alone with his thoughts, of which there were many. He had entertained thoughts of escape but had not been sure exactly how he and his brother would go about doing that? He was wandering close to the border of the pack lands that were he and his brother's prison when a call echoed faintly across the pines. He paused, ears perking as he recognized his great aunt Chrysanthe? or at least he thought he did. The distance was too great for him to be sure. He paused, hazel gaze staring out over the border? he wanted to answer but-

Another call reached him, this one he knew for sure. Kismet it seemed was summoning him. He sighed, his brother had all the stealth of a trumpeting elephant. They would never sneak away if Kismet went around announcing himself like that. Still? Casting a quick glance back over his shoulder he made sure no one was watching him and slipped from the pack lands. It wasn't hard for him to track his brother and soon he was following the boy's scent.

He arrived a bit after his brother, in a bit less of a hurry but excited nonetheless. He approached the sweet smelling meeting spot, eyes alighting upon two familiar forms, his brother and Chrysanthe and several others he did not know. He approached his brother and great aunt, brushing gently against the older woman's leg for a moment before stepping back in beside his brother. He had arrived in time to hear Kismet's question, and so would not bother to repeat it, instead glancing around at the wolves he did not recognize.
