Colorless eyes swept through the trees, the girl unsure as to where the hell she was walking. A sigh escaped her lips, she felt alone. Although it was something she didn't particularly care about, she simply felt ignored and invisible. Her purpose was not here, that much she could feel. She furrowed her brows, her vision flickering again. Frustration brewed within her, for it was a problem she seemed unable to talk about. It wasn't like the healer was ever around to talk to about her problem, but it wouldn't matter anyway. Red and white form did poorly to blend in with the snow, so this element was not to her advantage. She wanted to be somewhere away from the snow...she hated it with a passion. Everything looked the same, and nothing happened. Was this what it was like to be in a pack? If that was the case, she would rather not be.

And yet, if she were to voice this to someone, she was sure they would tell her she was too young to make such a decision. But at around six months old, and with the majority of her life spent isolated and unsocialized, a stranger to these lands as well as to her own Mother, she had lots of time to think and reflect. She knew what she wanted, and this wasn't it.

I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE

a war waiting to be won

Cloaked in blue the Queen would approach, hastening toward the call. Isardis had been more than scarce lately, and she knew her workload was about to increase sevenfold. The ice queen relished in the warmth of summer, her bones having grown weary in the cool of winter. A girl stood before her, one of russet and white, one of Argent's - she assumed. All of the children had slowly melted into one being, though Argent's were noted in a different category altogether - at least in the Queen's mind. They were vermin, children she hadn't wanted to exist, much less live in her kingdom. She'd have liked it if Argent hadn't returned at all, but that would have been far too easy. Despite the heat of summer snow still cloaked the ground in most places, as the pines did little to allow sunlight to break through and melt it away. There was a crunch that accompanied each step she took, hinting at her presence long before she arrived. "Hello child," she breathed, husky voice intent upon keeping this meeting short. "What is it you need?"

She would turn. Facing the woman she had not gotten a chance to learn about, much less know. All she knew that she was an Alpha, and she would be no more then that. The fire and snow colored girl would raise her head to look at her, making no indication of greeting nor emotion. Why should she? After all, she didn't know the woman. She didn't know anyone here. And they had not made the slightest intent to learn about her. Even her own mother seemed to want nothing to do with them, so the girl would begin to cut away from them all. So she went straight to the point, for she was not one to beat around the bush. "I want to leave. I have no purpose here, nor will it seem like I will ever have one here. I know when I'm not wanted, I see the looks everyone gives me when I walk around. Isardis' other children don't get those looks, so I know there is something different. Will you allow me to leave? Or keep me where I am not wanted to suffer alone?"

The child faced her, pale and auburn flesh gleaming. She looked nothing like her mother. How was it that there was so much variation when it came to the creation of offspring? The girl lapsed into verse in mere seconds, spilling out her feelings with little emotion tied into the words. She wanted to leave, she felt unwanted, unappreciated, and looked down upon. She wasn't wrong - at least if she were to ask Sendoa about it. The Ice Queen did not want Argent's children in the Kingdom. She didn't even want Argent in the kingdom. If this one wanted to satisfy that want, she wouldn't be denied. "Go then," she chided. The child didn't want nor deserve any more eloquent phrase. She breathed a long breath before slowly turning away from the bi-colored girl. She had no interest in which direction she went, or anything else she had to say. Perhaps it was cold-hearted of her to let the girl go, but Sendoa honestly didn't care. Her best interest was to look out for herself, her family.

OOC: Permission from Sasuke to enter.

He watched from the trees. The boy witnessed the young girls plea, and he understood all too well why. Quietly, he slipped from his hiding place just as Sendoa began to turn away from the girl, and he would stand in her path. A look of determination intermixed with other feelings; loneliness, sadness, anger, and other unnamed things swam behind translucent pools. "I want to go too. I know where I'm not wanted, and I know my own father doesn't want me here anymore. I'm never going to be good enough for him...I can see it plain as day." He said briefly. He knew the truth when he saw it in ones eyes, and knew that his Father didn't want him here. It was obvious, and he wanted to be somewhere where he was actually wanted. But that was not here. He hoped Sendoa understood, hoped that she wouldn't keep him here against his will. He had debated a while whether to go or stay, for he did have family here...but in the end, he couldn't stand seeing the looks his father kept giving him every time, as if the boy would betray the pack every day. He had been working hard to win his approval, and it was beginning to take a toll on himself. He wanted no more.

I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE

a war waiting to be won

A child barred her path, standing in the expanse between she and the rest of Glaciem. She didn't like that, but would only offer an irritated flick of her ear in response. The boy, she had seen him around quite a bit, but she knew not his name. She didn't care to ask for it either, not now that he spouted his willingness to leave. 'I know where I'm not wanted,' he chided, as if he had practiced his lines with the girl she'd just allowed to leave. Quickly and efficiently Sendoa would stir her bodice in such a way that she could see both of them out of one eye. "Both of you listen and listen good. You both claim to be unwanted. Has it ever occurred to either of you that it takes work to be wanted? Being desired is not something that is inherited, it is earned." She clicked her jaws shut audibly, loudly so that they wouldn't miss her frustration. "It's high time the wolves of Glaciem stop thinking they have any right to claim attention. Not a single one of you has earned anything." She tilted her head toward the child, like a viper ready to strike. "Go then, child. Let me not see hide nor hair of you again until you've earned the pedestal you've raised yourself up on." She breathed hard, fast - frustrated with the situation. Isardis would not be pleased with her letting either of them go, but if they did not wish to be here there was absolutely no use in them taking up space - moping about being unwanted. She moved to leave once more, her heart beating feverishly within her chest.

God help the next wolf to stand in her way.
