Sagittarius Fallen

Hey she was listening for once. Staying within the boundaries of the pack, not wanting to upset all the other members, she however did want adventure. Adventure should have been her middle name. She let out a laugh like bark, ears swiveled upon her small skull as eyes darted back and forth. Wondering were her siblings ran off to, probably training or some other stuff. Paws set into motion, the waters of the estuary a little deeper because of the rains the pack just had. Helping it also cool down. Maybe she could hone in on her hunting here alone, but doubted it'd work out well. Sagittarius didn't realize that something in the depths was also hunting, and had it's reptile like eyes upon the youngster.

Sagittarius was too worried about her belly lowering onto a dry spot of the estuary while eyes locked upon a bird, as water made her grow slightly colder, she stalked the crane. Or was it a blue heron? She didn't know for sure, all she known is she wanted to make mama and papa happy and proud. Though there were no doubts that they already were with their pups. Soon the scaley alligator was moving in, causing a loud surprised yip. Sagittarius bounced up and out of the way of the jaws.

Shit! Was all the female could think, growling and barking at the foul creature. Her coat upon her spinal regions rose. Knowing that she needed to distract the reptile that was twice her size. Looking around, seeing that of another coming in, when there was one around there were others. And now she was stuck as she pounced to a branch that was hanging from a tree with no escape.

Sizing up the gator she bared pin like teeth at it.
