By now Spriggan considered herself an expert on dandelions. They were absolutely everywhere no matter where she was. The weather seemed to do little to deter them as well, the Austerean spring even seemed to make them more prominent. Spriggan loved to collect them. Despite the vast distances across the world, they always remained the same. Bright, yellow, and so happy to see her. The tiny girl couldn’t help herself in her desire to harvest and bring them home with her. Even though the Hallows itself was chalk full of them.
Delicate paws meandered through the greening grasses of the aspen forest, not too far away from the border of the Hallows itself. The tiny vibrant flowers were everywhere and she couldn’t have been happier about that fact.

these days, Érebos didn't find himself in auster. what for?- hellborn was a thing of the distant past and no one he valued resided in these parts anyway. the distance alone was one to shake him from the option of venturing down here for recruits, discouraging him every time. but not today it seemed as the dire wolf set his sights on exploring more of auster with intentions to check out how far the red skies went.
his trot is paced, slower than usual as he took his time moving over the many different terrains to get here. the journey was not an easy one, but it paid him well to expand his knowledge to learn if auster was in fact, plagued by the red sky & tremors that claimed boreas overnight. he'd ponder silently to himself during his walk, that was until his eye caught the form of a small puppy. pale with foliage seemingly growing from it. fascinated, he paused a moment before changing his course to tread near them- still leaving some distance between them. his eyes curiously skimming over her and what she was doing. one of the rarer encounters for Érebos dunamis. "Looking for flowers, little one?" his voice was purposefully softer around the edges, delivering a deep but smooth tune- fatherly almost and benevolent. he would glance at the dandelions that swelled around her, remembering the good usage of the plant in particular. his features relaxed and eyes glazed over with an intrigued twinkle as he took in her features some more. she didn't appear to be sick..

Spriggan was practically frolicing within the dandelion strewn grass, but her raven Prose was quick to notice they were not alone. The white raven alerted the tiny child to the dual toned man as he approached with caution. Spriggan stopped immediately and turned her attention towards him. He was just as big as the biggest wolves in the Hallows, and could quite obviously do her harm if he intended. But the young Carpathian was brave, and he surely if he wished to he would have closed the distance and done what he wanted already.
He reminded her a little of her uncle Artorias, and she felt no fear when he asked her about the flowers. A huge grin spread over her tiny features as he opened the door to her passions. "Not just any flowers,” She started in her small, but confident, voice. "Dandelions!” Sprig told him as if he didn’t know what a dandelion was. "Did you know that the whole plant has uses?” She asked him with a tilt to her moss covered head as she sat down, eager to teach this stranger what she knew. "The flower, the leaves, and the root!” She remembered i was remarkable because there were some plants that had their uses, but you had to be careful because they could also be poisonous.
