Aly - Refunded Extra Inches x2

i see that refunds are allowed, idk if i should request them here or in maintenance but im guessing here xD
im setting bellatrix inactive -- rather, deleting her, and had purchased two extra inches of height for her (click for proof of purchase). i had taken some gems from sev's account but i also set him as inactive so i would like all of my refunded gems to go to artemis' account if that's allowed.

Since gems from inactive accounts can still be used for purchases, the gems from refunded purchases are being returned to their respective accounts. c:
