The man wasn?t really too sure why he was still here, the lands seemed to hold very little for him though he was considering heading south he had sought out one final place in the frozen north. Mismatched eyes searching out the icy lake, a few tree tops poking above the solid water; Unai hesitated at the edge of the underwater forest. With a shrug he coaxed himself out onto the solid sheet of ice, gaze turned with fascination downwards. The isolation of his current haunt was giving him some time to reflect. His brother had been a constant figure in his mind recently, and it had him torn up some.
He had not, nor would not promise his brother his loyalty. They were family, that he recognized, but all that was worth was that he would not turn his ire upon the man, nothing more. Granted he was not eager to give his loyalty to any one and it didn?t really mean much. Wish a contented sigh he settled upon his haunches staring at the world below his paws.

Click, click, click Claws would click and clack against the frozen earth as he wearily made his way across the submerged forest, each step taking its time. He was not made for this terrain, but he would adapt quickly to the slick ice and dropping temperatures. His sights were set on the lone wolf sitting upon the graves of fallen trees. He enjoyed messing with the mutts, especially when searching for some entertainment in this dull region. He would approach the mutt abruptly, his presence given as he purposely drug his sharpened claws across the ice to catch the strangers attention. "Courageous, or cowardly?" He would inquire from a few feet behind the wolf, lips creasing into an amused smirk as he waited for a response.

The man?s ears would flick as he registered the clicking of claws on ice, still he did not move. He turned to gaze over his shoulder as the a scrapping sound reached him. He recognized the rather feline shape, curiosity rising up in him and yet brazen as it was he did not rise, did not run. He knew how it easy it would be for the massive cat to take him down in a single move but he was more wrapped up in the why the beast had chosen to brave the ice than in the possible danger.
Lyrics would tumble from the beast and he chuckled dryly a smirk arising upon his features. ?Curiosity.? He would reply, shifting some so that the feline was no longer behind him but rather on an angle. He studied the midnight beast, head tilting ever so slightly to his right.
