The winds would trace the contours of her skeletal spine, kissing her fur before swaying away from her honey curls. The onyx lips would part, her warm breath leaking out into the open, the faint clouds made visible. Like any other day Meinx was alone, and in a rather dangerous place around the mountains, where one could easily drop. For her young age the dark pearl was rather huge, still growing rapidly by the day. Her parents amence size has been delivered into her genes, making her soon to be a beastly fae. Perhaps most would be put of or intimidated in the future, but she did not care. She would need someone who could challenge her everyone once in a while. Not submit to every decision she makes.

the rocks would flick past her paws, dropping of the side. Meinx didn't even think of the danger, nor did she really care for the matter. The theory is 'you've never lived until your on the edge.' or, it was something along those lines. A sigh would roll over her salmon tounge, the icy gaze trying to pinpoint a location, or perhaps someone. The place was rather dull, the aspects rather bland.

He was a somewhat small lupine, but despite that a beast thrived within his veins. The ivory yearling would climb the mountain to see if he had the strength for it, a youth testing his limits - and yet he would momentarily be distracted. A tall lupine would loom in the above horizon, and he would watch them a moment before following after them. Curiosity would be the first emotion he acted upon, but honestly he had always wondered - could he topple a larger opponent? Could a bring a larger lupine to their knees? Never had he the chance to try, and perhaps today would be different. His eyes would flicker with maliciousness and mischief, and his paws would swiftly carry him toward the other wolf, where he would wander after the russet figure.

Upon closing some of the distance he would realize by scent that the stranger was a female - as well as a young one. Definitely not older than he, Codeine's eyes would narrow as his lips pulled into a frown. Well that wasn't any fun - toppling a random wench without an inkling of experience would prove nothing. With a huff he would pick up the pace until he was sure that the other lupine was close enough to hear and see him clearly. "That tall and you're still not much of a wolf yet?" That would be her saving grace, and perhaps his own - following after monstrous beasts and seeing whether he would survive was far from being a basic survival instinct. "What's a girl doing all alone out here anyways?" He would taunt somewhat, although really, he had no doubts about females being as strong as their counterparts. His mother and sister were proof of that. Honestly he was somewhat curious about this girl... Surely she did not live here on her own? She smelled something of a family or pack, but between the various scents on her pelt and the snow that was constantly dancing around up north around this time it was hard to tell.

It wouldn't be long until the figure would loom forward in his confidant yet mischievous ways, peering as though he wanted to achieve something yet coming out disappointed. Meinx's sky blue gaze would trace and define his features, drinking him in before shrugging it of. It would seem that he judges a book by its cover, how typical. The narrow muzzle would screw up a little, the wispy tail flicking across the floor until she becomes face to face with him. " You seem clever, perhaps you'd like me to find you some sort of prize?" The sarcastic tone would be held within her voice. Though, the girl may seem rather blunt, curiosity still claws at her brain, wondering why he'd venture so far up for absolutely no reason.

Stepping forward once more a small 'hmph' would part her lips. " oh, so because im a girl you think I cant be alone?" Being awkward was perhaps one of Meinx's specialties, but at times she can become rather impatient with herself- so she'd fast forward it a little. "I could say the same to you, boy." Yes, she used boy, defying him for what he was, a boy. " Im a member of amenti, under the knew rule of syrinx." She didn't want to mention that he as in fact her father, because the pale brute may mistaken her as 'soft' or living the easy life.

A prize? Naah, she had failed to be a prize in and of herself. Her sarcasm was not expected though, and the ivory yearling had to wonder just who she came out of to come out like this. His mother was a Queen, his family royalty despite their rogue status, what was she? Curious, but not willing to quiz the girl, he would watch her step forward and challenge his words. Funny, he could see his sister responding in a similar way to his teasing, or pushing him halfway down this mountain... "Amenti? It's not being run by chicks anymore?" He hadn't really paid too much attention to the packs and who was runnning them, but Artemis had told him a bit about the little kingdom, as well as Cantinna... but it would seem that someone else had claimed it.

Which meant he didn't know where the hell Artemis was staying anymore. He could only hope that it was still up north. "Damn it all, I'll never find her now." He muttered, clearly annoyed with what had happened, but that seemed to be how things went. Weak rulers would grab hold of new lands and then let them go... someone strong needed to step up already... "I'm here to see how far I can make it up. The world's not without its natural challenges." He would faintly grin, toothless, but a snide sort of smirk was natural to him.

"You feel like telling me what Amenti's like now? Keeping tabs with the place is nearly impossible." How was Artemis supposed to play a leader and steal their crown if they couldn't well and good hold onto it long enough? His question had already been answered, but what he really wanted to know was how long would this Syrinx guy stick around before he bailed?

Meinx was not one to think to much on ones behaviour- not really possessing an interest to get to know a wolfs true colors. Perhaps that's why she's never really welcoming, or sociable. Every rouge has a past, and the dark pearl always wondered what was behind the mask of emotion. One can easily hide there feelings, but they can never run away from a past, or simply forget about it. " Chicks? There women, but they no longer reside in amenti, the leader decided to throw herself of a cliff." A faint chuckle would be a final response to the question. What an interesting way to go. Was it not?

Just as meinx thought they had been done with the whole chit chat a mutter would tickle at the lobes, what was he on about now? " With so much negativity you wont succeed in your search." Oh, how the youth did hope he understood, to skip the part of explaining. If he had more of a positive side he's more likely to hit the target, negative minds give up far to easily. A smirk would curl upon her lips, as the blue optics look him over once more. " Oh, dont let me stop you with your challenge." And just with that single response Meinx would bein to trek up the mountain, if he wished to join she'd answer more questions.

" Amenti has a strong leader, where a small pack because its only just been reclaimed." Her sultry voice would become quieter and quieter the further she exceeds away from him. " Why are you alone?"
