At one point in time she would have thought a forest underwater would have been impossible. That was, of course, before she had come to Alacritis. Paws would creep daintily around the edge of the water, peering down into the abyss where the trees remained incredibly preserved. How they remained green and pristine - she had no earthly idea. Tail would curl behind her restlessly as she tried to determine if she would enter the water and explore further, or drink from it and be on her way. Head dipped down to the water's surface, tongue delving beneath it to lap up enough to sate her thirst. Either way she needed a drink. The golden woman brought her bodice into a half crouching, half lying down position as she ceased her drinking and continued to peer into the watery depths. The water must've come after the trees, as they wouldn't have grown that way with the water already present - and yet what could have forced so much water to this particular area? It had to be deep - deeper than any lake she'd swam in during her short lifetime. Curiosity piqued in cerulean eyes as she pondered what to do next.

He had not become particuarly fond of kitties. They were quite the disgusting creatures in his mind--rolling in their filth and disgust. He hated the things they did and the way they simply looked. They were crazy and they thought too much of themselves. Syrinx had become particularly aware of the fact, however, that though the black kitten that had attempted dominance over him was nothing to be concerned with. Syrinx would have fought him, for he overtook the lad in both weight and height. Honestly, he liked to consider the curves of a cat--how they moved how they maneuvered. Syrinx was honestly thrilled to wonder about this and could not find himself hungering for but a moment more as the presence overtook him. Strong legs carried him to the other and Syrinx let out a wicked snarl. Her curves and her appearance had him cringing and demanding to know. Oh how he thirsted for such knowledge. "Don't see many of your kind. can't express my fondness, kitty-cat," his words were downcast and harsh and he wanted her to be thrown out like anything old and used. She disgusted him. Her everything was tainted and whispered of dark and awful things.

He would approach with a powerful snarl, seeming to think that would impress her in some way. Dior would merely remain as she was, fixated upon the water and the trees buried beneath it. An ear would twitch toward the dog as he spoke, mentioning he didn't see much of her kind and he wasn't overly fond with it. She would chuckle, swinging her head 'round to face him. ?Can't say I'm overly fond of your kind, either, and it seems you all breed like vermin.? Yes, there were youth and elder wandering all over this land - though each of them presented a purpose if she could only find her sister and put them to work. Cerulean eyes would examine him with little interest, curious as to why his jaw had been injured so and why it hadn't bothered to heal. Pity, these puppies couldn't even heal themselves.

A smirk. that was what he gave her, and it would seem that he gave her exactly that without much grace to refine it. He had never been a creature particularly bathed in beauty or calloused and efficient love, but he had always been something of a higher caliber. Could that be argued? No, it truly couldn't--and he was well aware that argument was a poor and easily lost battle if the naysayer was in disagreement with himself. Syrinx watched her and waited carefully, examining her with perfect precision. To tango with the feline would be hazardous to himself, but could he deny the fun aspect of it that burned in his mind? He wouldn't. "Not all of us. The less prestigious do. I'm selective, babe. Only the finest get the D'" He rolled his shoulders and brought himself to the ground--waiting for her reaction. "If you're wondering...i don't fancy sharing it with you. That thing between your legs might bite it off," what a pity!
