I have come baring laws of 'sieges' for this shall be the name for Alacritian war. Enjoy my fine things.

General Rules

1. Sieges can happen at any time, but they must come with an IC meeting with the invading pack. The wolves of the pack must be icly informed of what is going on. Any that do not come to said thread are not allowed to arrive in the actual war thread until participation in the meeting has happened.

2. A wolf may not assist in a siege if it has joined a pack 1 ooc week after the start date of said thread. Remember that to join a pack a full thread must be finished.

3. For alliances to arrive, unless there are special circumstances such as a pack staying with another, a wolf must enter the siege thread and successfully exit (without being attacked) for them to go to their allied pack. A two hour wait must be placed between the post of the exit, and the post of the wolf going to get the allied pack.

4. No ooc to ic. Whatsoever. Of course, it is only natural to discuss things like strategy, but if people start showing up in threads from ooc influence, the admins will not hesitate to delete posts.

Challenges/Fighting Rules

5. Fights in sieges are to be treated as dominance fights (unless they are an actual challenge for a member, pack, death; etc). Maim challenges can also have more than two participants.

6. When a thread is upgraded into a siege every fight (not including challenges for members, packs, death; etc) they will have no rounds for judging ease. Instead, the battle will proceed until a character either defaults(only two days are allowed between posts) or gives in. The victor can continue while the loser is knocked out.

7. For challenges and multiple opponent fights there will be rounds. Only challenges and multiple opponent fights will be judged.

8. If tier leaders in packs (that can challenge, tier two and up) challenge for members, they can not be attacked by a regular member of the opposing pack or the fight will be defaulted in their favor. Simultaneously, if tier two warriors in packs are engaged in fights when members of their own pack are challenged for then they must successfully get out of that fight (as a victor) to answer a challenge.

9. In sieges we will be allowing multiple characters (5 to 6 to 7 to 8 to more) to be involved in a fight. Then, a judge will take on a character or two from the fight and judge them individually.

10. Fights must also happen in the order of posting, so for example (to explain the judging process and get this order explained)-

-Joe and Bob are having a fight and Mary comes to get involved. Joe, Bob, Mary...Joe, Bob, Mary, is the order in which attacks must be made. At the end the judges will take on each of the characters:

Judge one gives Joe a 132/200
Judge two gives Bob a 124/200
Judge three gives Mary a 85/200

-Mary is knocked out of the siege, the other two may continue to fight.

-Mary being knocked out will only make the wolf opposing her have one added to their knock-out list.

-So if the fight was Joe and Mary vs. bob and Mary was knocked out, then Bob would have one knock out in his list. Not bob.

-Each wolf may have up to 5 knock outs to fairly apply the damage they would have gained from previous fights. No one can last forever, so the limit is 5.

11. DM's are only natural and probable events in a war. This being said, in a war they must be approved by both participating players or by the admins. These are the natural rules on DM's and will be upheld.

12. Other species animals may participate in a siege, but of course they have limitations. They are only allowed to knock out three wolves, and are not allowed to challenge for maims, claiming, ect. They are only allowed to challenge for dominance.
