When he was a young boy, he had been trapped in a forest. This place resembled that, but it was full of birds. He was rather surprised by it the man with wounds covering the front parts of his body. He stood in the middle of the water, it was up to his ankles. As he lowered his head to look at his reflection in the water. Oddity had already come across thousands of doves in here. He hadn't eaten any though, he wasn't really hungry. He was just, thoughtful about some things. About his nature and even so his mentality that had grown on him. Oddity raised his head and sighed a little bit, there was so much pressure he was pushing on himself, and on his mind. There was the problem with his failure in life. The failure to connect with others, the same as any other disconnected wolf who had been holed up his entire life. He didn't wish to return to the great blackness, not today and not any time soon for that matter either. Oddity shook his head free of some water before returning to the shore. Rivaxorus had been on the island for a few minutes now. Curious as to what had been on it besides for the various hoards of birds she had come across. Mainly Dove's in that matter. Though her fox Kurai following close behind, as she crouched down low spotting a black male. He seemed to be either bored, or irritated at something. The woman was larger than him by three inches. As she stood and stepped out dipping her head to him. "Hello there, seems like a nice day to be out doesn't it?" Kurai hopped over a tree branch before coming over to the girls side. Hiding slightly behind her front legs to look at the black male.
"My name is Rivaxorus." She introduced herself. Kurai however made a small snort. He didn't like the looks of this wolf, from the beginning of seeing him he seemed out of place. "You seem rather beat up though, what happened to you?" She asked with a tilt of her head towards him. Her red eyes glinting in the evening light.

Oddity lifted up his head and perked his ears as he heard the female coming. With a red fox with her at that. The way she approached, seemed to be not hostile, but not entirely interested either. While she did ask about the wounds on his body. Was it any business of hers to know that? She was part of Seracia wasn't she anyway. He gave a chuckle though and turned the other way for a few moment before deciding to answer her. "You do this around every wolf you meet my lady?" He asked in a polite tone. Wondering if it was just some sort of trick. Wolves could be deceiving. "My name is Oddity, the wounds are from a spar within my pack, practice, in which I did lose though." He hissed deep in the back of his throat. Obviously Oddity was not happy about losing, but if he threw a fit, it wouldn't make anything worse or better. Not now that his emotions had been loosening in and out within him. Perhaps he was turning into someone that he never thought he would have turned into. Speech,(Click me for theme)

It wasn't like she was in enough trouble already. Without this man judging himself on what had happened. Riv could rather care less with the attitude she had been shown. Yet with a sigh, she got closer, sniffing his wounds. They seemed clean, so he was fine. She backed up with her black tail flicking as she tilted her head towards him. "Mine joining me on a tour of the island then? There are some interesting places here. Not just the birds." She smiled with a bit of a laugh. Maybe she could gain his trust a bit. Become friends, something of the sort. He may have been coming off as Odd right now, but she was no stranger to that.
"My name's Kurai, I'm Riv's companion." Kurai finally introduced himself, tail flicking back and forth. As Riv made a strong stand and nodded her head. She was a beauty all on her own and she didn't realize it. Once day to grow into a fine leader, if she ever got to the point where she wanted to lead that was.

a tour of the island, was she insane? What kind of woman would willingly go off with a stranger on an island, he hadn't even been on before. Oddity raised an eyebrow to her and her furry friend that he hadn't been really paying attention to this entire time. The boy sighed and stood up with a flick of his tail. More interesting than doves huh. Was she going to show him the most amazing dead body in the world, or perhaps cave. It was oddly predictable what some woman wanted or could do. Though he wasn't sure about what this one wanted, or what she wanted to do. Perhaps she really was just looking for an outing and some company. Stepping near him, she sniffed his wounds checking to see if they were alright then stepped away. Oddity rolled his eyes a bit then stretched his haunches. "Don't blame me if you fall into a hole. I won't save you." He looked at her and waited for the woman to lead the way. Sure she was bigger, but with that fox with her as well and the scent of Seracia around her. Oddity wasn't sure why she was on this island in the first place. In fact, why was he on this island anyway? Maybe it was just the confusion settling in on him.
