There's sun again!

Motif would wake to silence, the pure lack of wind and rain in itself was loud and obvious as she lifted her head and turned her attention to the cave entrance. Shaking herself out she would move to walk through the exit and out into the brilliant rays of sunshine. There where blue clouds above her and a bright and obvious rainbow hovering in the sky. With a cry of glee the Alpha girl lifted up her paws and began to play in the deep puddles that had collected outside. Skipping and kicking about like a fawn in spring. To feel the sunshine on her coat again, the warmth of it after so long of rain and the gloom of the caves. It was still early morning, but the girl had no worries with turning around and giving out a soft 'woof' to wake the occupants of the cave, no doubt they would enjoy this wonder more then they would their sleep. Of course, this wasn't the end of the storm problems, but it was the beginning of the end. She would organise a search party in an hour or two to take down to the pack lands and check the damage, she was certainty however that it would be at least a week before the rain water washed away and the pack was safe to inhabit again. |
