For the sake of a having a pack on Ala like no others, I was considering having Eos step down as leader and opening the rank to Isardis. Stop by his profile if you want to know more about him. Of course I need to speak to Lu as second alpha, but considering there has already been willing interest by a few players wanting to be involved, I'd hope not much would hold her back. Basically Isardis is obsessive about his blood, believing he is one of the strongest wolves and holds the rare genetics of power, beauty and success. For these reasons he will form his kingdom of women, often forcing the rules of having right to the woman's next litter. He will force breed and he will force claim. Not only this, but he will be opening plots and drama site wide by attempting to challenge for strong, beautiful females who he wishes to own. Ranks will be based upon the ladies breeding suitabilities and how strong her children are. Males will be granted membership rarely as hunters and limited soldiers, but will not have breeding rights. If women take up mates, they are still expected to give Isardis a litter or several and permission to breed with her mate must be requested. Isardis will also attempt to kill off weak pups in litters, not wanting to give his blood a bad name. Plots plots and more plots. I will post ranks when my Internet is back pn my desktop. Depending on how things go between them in our thread, this could be absolutely perfect for Champion! She'd be back in the North and being appreciated for her traits, plus no doubt there'll be plenty of dainty faes that need protecting from all the dangers of the north so she'll be useful. Though if she comes there's a possibility of her bringing along her little manservant Vioxes (unless he's too jealous)

Isardis won't appreciate her emotionally as such, he's super self centered, but he took so well to her he'd probably want Champion in a higher rank anyway so she would get a bit more respect too. Pack ranks and how they would work, for any interested!

KING-
The one and the only, equivalent to the alpha male. First in command.

DUCHESS-
The one female the King has chosen to aid him in his leadership, though not necessarily his mate. She is the equivalent of an Alpha, though still she is only second in command. She may make decisions and give orders without any permission, yet is still subject to punishment should she be found to do something The King highly disapproves of.

HEIR-
The child of the king that has been chosen as a future leader of the pack, he/she is likely to also be the product of The Duchess. He/she is equivalent to a Beta from the age of two, and 3rd in Command.

OVERSEER-
Up to three wolves of whom have managed to gain the rare respect and value of the king. They have been chosen on their determination to serve, their talents and abilities, and their apparent respect for their leader and his ways. More likely to be females, and they are also 3rd in Command. Wolves are welcomed to challenge for the position with the approval of the king.

DAME-
Females that have shown the ability to offer respect to superiors, and her efforts to serve the pack are valued. She is likely to be a talented fighter, and is expected to train and command the warriors below her. She may be of high breeding quality, and is likely to have assassin-like and/or tracking traits. Also expected to take part in the dirty work of the king, eg. To track down and assist with the maim of betrayers and enemies. Position may be challenged for.

KNIGHT-
The male equivalent of a Dame. Though with reason, he is unlikely to be as respected.

BLOODS-
The children of The King, all ages. They must be respected by all who are unrelated, although they do not have the power to give commands without instruction, they are not expected to show submission to higher ranked wolves once the age of two. They must be protected at all costs, and supervised at all times to ensure their safety. They should all be well-trained in the art of war.

ASSAILANT-
Trained males and females dedicated to protecting and serving beneath The Dame and Knight. They rotate on ?babysitting? duty (guarding The Bloods), and are expected to always watch pregnant and whelping women. Females are still prone to mating, and will become a ?Brood? once pregnant and unable to fight.

BROODS-
Although every female within the pack is subject to mating, those beneath this rank have been selected specifically for their prospective pups or simply may not show the ability to be a warrior. Pregnant female Assailant?s will temporarily be listed here while they are unable to serve. Empty bitches rank below Assailants, though pregnant bitches rank above Assailants. They are to be protected, and hunters are ordered to comply should they request to be fed.

HUNTERS-
As the title suggests, primarily males (or females incapable of breeding) that are expected to hunt regularly. Their top priority is to keep the pregnant/whelping females fed, and to ensure related pup?s do not go hungry. Should a pregnant female or pup request a meal, they must comply immediately. Failure to do so will result in strong warning.

CURERS-
Although any wolf with the skill to heal has the permission to do so, this rank consists of mostly males, females unable to breed, or elders, that are dedicated to preserving and curing the health of pack members. They should be well informed on the issues with labour and birth, and will be expected to assist with any difficulties as a main priority. Every in-pack birth thread should be responded to by an over-seeing Curer. They rank evenly with Hunters.

JUVENILES-
Unrelated juveniles and pups waiting for maturity or to be trained into a rank.

PRISIONERS-
The lowest of the low. These wolves have trespassed, shown disrespect, bred with an outsider etc. they are prone to being pushed around, may be used as victims for training warriors and are expected to feed themselves or starve. They may also be subject to inter-pack trade.

I don't know that this would work out.. but on the off chance that Isardis would take on a like-minded comrade.. I would totally volunteer Dragomir. They have a lot of the same viewpoints and feelings about women. I think Drago could get over his hatred of men long enough to have some sort of agreement with Isardis.

Anders, I think he may see your boy more as competition. Unless Dragomir would submit to him and perhaps convince him he would be of help in the pack, it may not work. Isar is very proud and believes he's above everybody else, so he would probably feel threatened by your boy. We can always thread and see what happens though. :)

Trynx, absolutely :) That's the sort of thing Isar won't think twice about. When I'm all set up, we can talk more about making it happen!

Well guys, Eos and Syrinx are leaving so Isardis is now King of Glaciem. I'm still sorting things out, but definitely keep an eye open for a joining thread soon! He'll be accepting pretty well everybody, just beware that he does force claim if you enter the territory. So keep that in mind if you aren't sure you'd like to stay yet. ;)

Anywho, I was planning on having Alaria head over to the Battlefield once she gets accepted to see who will claim her. She's a bit snippy and a pretty tough cookie, so I was thinking that Isardis might be interested by that. Who knows, I just figured I'd throw the idea out there :) Like one of those femme's that he claims but she's not quite sure if she actually WANTS to be claimed xD Especially cause Ria has huge authority problems.. I feel like this would be extremely amusing ;D Let me know!

He'd happily jump in to try and persuade her away with him! ;D The only thing is if somebody else shows up and she goes with them instead, he will either fight for her then or challenge for her later. So it jsut depends on if you'd like that or not, he's very obsessive. xD <3

Honestly I have no clue what it will take to make Isardis fancy a gal more than the other, but higher ranked girls will be good fighters I think, since he needs them to train his little minions. Anyway, yeah- the Dame positions need to be filled. There is also room for a 'Knight' or two aswell, being the rarity of a male he respects and has given the right to train younger wolves and work with the Dame's. This can come later though, since its hard to say if they will get along or not, but eh- worth a mention in case any of you think your girls (or boys!?) would fit the part. <33
