Hollowed oculars of blinding white glared out at everyone and everything. Claws anchored thick limbs of ebony and scaly, dried flesh, scraped the bottoms of the cavern. Ebony lips parted in a yawn and saliva oozed from blood stained ivories. A tongue, thick and black, broke through the cavern of rigid, jagged teeth and lapped he excess blood from her maw. The carcass of some long forgotten wolf began to rot, filling the air and tainting it with a lingering scent of death.

Wraith grinned, belly fat and full as he leaned against the cervical bones of her spinal column, the warmth of her neck, seeping into his stressed muscles. and he shivered. It had been a few seasons since the demon had been to Alacritis, but it seemed that era of peace was ended. The demon, had returned.

Mayhaps it was his sinister heart that allowed him little rest, it seemed that the deamon never slept- never rested. Ivory frame contrasted the caves around him, standing out in the dimly lit glow as he maneuvered between their cool walls, his fur brushing against them as the passages grew tight. Oddly coloured oculars were illuminated sporadically, as light filtered in through the cracks. Sound traveled through the dank caves, and he could hear the footsteps and the brushing of fur against rock of another. Curiosity drug him forward, his legs nearly moving of their own volition, as he ventured towards the unknown femme.

Coming behind her, his presence still far enough away he spoke, his sultry voice carrying through the dank caves. ?Traveling to the pits of hell to dine with the devil are you?? His tone was whimsical, almost happy- carefree. As he stopped, several wolf-lengths away from the black beast and awaited her tones.

Bodice of putrid tangles and sinister deformations crackled and crunched as the dame stalked through the darkened caverns. Light gleamed and shimmied, reflecting off the utter blackness of her pelt, her hollowed ivory oculars being the only iridescent beacon in the forthcoming darkness. Wraith remained quiet, plump and happy against the nape of her neck. Resting in the darkness, drifting in and out of slumber, but the approach of another disrupted his slumber and the massive, forty-two inch mass of muscle and utter cruelty came to a halt. Body twisting, arching around to gaze at the bold soul behind her, empty oculars sought that ivory bodice. A polar contrast to her own.

His words provoked no sound from her silenced larynx, but as per usual Wraith darted from his plump perch and scampered too her skull, twining around her ear and grinning like the monster he was. Lips would part from the rats jowls and lyrics danced through the darkness. ?We choose not to dine with what we have already eaten, does his blood not stain her lips, does his soul not scrape against these walls in a desperate attempt to flee? Hell nor its occupants stood a chance against her magnificence!? Wraith cooed to the wolf before him.

His words halted the dame, and she turned to look at him and he found himself marveling at how empty her eyes seemed. She seemed void of all emotion, like he. Suddenly a rat scampered on her head, causing his head to tilt ever so slightly to the right as he stared at it. It?s words flowed through the ears of the white monster, bringing a smirk to his jaws. He wasn?t particularly partial to the idea of company, but surely, a wolf with a rat, who seemingly seemed as dark as he wouldn?t be to awful to cohort with.

?Tell me sugar, what?s your name? And the name of your friend there??

Her right forelimb lifted off the ground and slammed back to the stones, claws ripping forward and gauging deep gashes into the stone before the ebony beast became a motionless pillar once more. The rat however was filled with motion, he could feel the recent rush of a fresh kill, still vibrating off of his mistress like a palpable aura, if this creature stayed around long enough, he just might get those onyx jowls to part. Lyrics rarely fell from those inky black lips but this day might be an exception. The rat lifted his skull, high pitched laughter screeching from his larynx as he clutched at Banshee's weathered ear to steady himself.

?Silly boy, Banshee, rarely speaks, as for my name, she deems me Wraith and thus I am and what of you boy of ivory?? The rat hissed, slithering forward only slightly on Banshee's cranium.

Silly? Did the rat seriously call him ?silly?? Creedance had been called many a name in his days, silly however was not an adjective one used to describe him. Monster? Yes. Deamon? Yes. Satan? Yes. Murderer, Evil, Asshole, the list went on and on, but not creature had dared call him ?silly.? The rat introduced the black fea as Banshee, a spectacularly deviant name. The rat went on to introduce himself as Wraith. He also mentioned that his companion wasn?t much of a speaker. Interesting.

?Well, Banshee and Wraith, what brings two deviants such as yourselves to these dank caves? My name is Creedance Voltaire. ?

Banshee listened to the rough voice that erupted from the male before her, his speech was heavy and confident, he was sure of himself, of his place in this world. She was certain of that, just as she. She was placed upon this wretched planet to instill fear and bring about the coming of the apocalypse. She was here to destroy everything good and pure and to taint innocent minds, poisoning them with dreams of fear and woe. Oh yes, she was a demon, one that lacked a conscious and a heart, but she knew her rotten core, knew the parts of her that bubbled and festered like some pus-ridden wound.

?Feasting on the corpse of a wolf whose soul was bound for heaven.? Banshee's voice was a mockery of normalcy, cold and ragged, syllables were enunciated, punctuated, her voice cracked and rumbled, bit and snapped. A ticking time bomb waiting to go off.
