The cloudy sky didn't bother him one bit. Then again nothing bothered him really. The rare things did for the male. The giant traveling through the woods was bounding along humming a tune. At first one would mistake him as a woman for his voice but he clearly wasn't by scent and everything else. As he settled his paws on the ground he grinned. He would get his siblings back soon, his brother Laufey was the one he cared about the most. He wasn't sure if his sister and brother would come with him. But perhaps he would make a deal that if he won a fight against them he would get them to come with him. Orochi's mentality had warped with the time he had spent with his mother obviously.
Swinging his hips he moved through the tree's with ease. His gray eyes watching the surrounding area while his black ears remained observant. There were things he wished to avoid in order to keep his pelt clean of course. He couldn't go back to his pack all dirty. That would be rude, plus maybe one day he would be able to make them see he could protect them. With the countless broken bones his mother gave him to make him stronger he had mass amount of training from before anyone else could. He stopped flicking his tail back and forth as he looked around.

Will you recognize me, When I'm lying on my back?
Something's gone inside me, And I can't get it back.

If there was one thing Aksel could say about himself it was that he was reasonably clever. The evidence for this fact now hung from his jaws in the form of a fat plump bullfrog that Aksel had managed to snag from the marsh while barely getting himself wet. Vibrant eyes, blazing like jewels peered ahead with unflappable confidence. He'd savor his prize as soon as he found a good place to settle down to eat it.

As he continued to travel he soon found himself moving through the remains of a burnt forest. Ears flicked forward. Well wasn't this a dreary sight? He didn't mind the clouds so much but a field of death as far as the eye could see? That was less pleasant. Aksel's jaws shifted around his catch as he continued on. Maybe he could snip the tongue out of the frog and drop it on one of his sisters. They'd love that!

Aksel's nose was sharp and he halted once again as the scent of another wolf drifted through the air? male? young? and some how strangely familiar. Aksel snuck quietly around a large, burnt trunk, the base of his own blackened pelt seemingly to blend in seemlessly. The wolf smelt male but looked like a girl to Aksel. His brow wrinkled for a moment before he shifted?

Like stealth personified Aksel gently set the bullfrog down, using his paws to part the creatures mouth. Fangs reached in with precise delicacy and snipped out the bull frogs tough. Mismatched eyes rested on the target before, with a twist of his head, he flung the bull frog's tongue at the unsuspecting wolf.

Will you learn to leave me? Oh, give me one more try again.

Orochi stopped for a moment as he clamped his jaw shut. He felt someone around him, making his fur prickled. He may have looked happy before, but he was filled with a permanent paranoia of being followed. His body turned towards the tongue and he snapped his jaws onto it. Oh.....that didn't taste too bad. It was something he hadn't entirely had before so it made him curious as to what it was. His pale eyes suddenly pulled over the dark form he distinctly remembered from Valhalla. One of the pups from the litter he tried to play with only to be rejected by the father. He remembered throwing a fit over it which made him a little disappointed in himself. He tried to match a name with his pelt, but couldn't quiet remember if he had caught it or not.
"Hey honey, what was that you threw at me?" he asked with a little chuckle. Slinking a little closer. He was much larger than the other, but that was expected of the beast. Last he remembered this boy was fragile and sick. Had he finally grown out of that stage? This was a bit of time for him to relax hopefully.

As the boy spun to catch the tongue Aksel realized suddenly that the male seemed really familair. He could've sworn he'd seen this boy somewhere before but?. where? Not one to be perturbed by a ruined prank Aksel pranced out from his hiding place with a grin plastered on his mischievous little face. "Nice catch!" Aksel paused for a moment to study the stranger, memories tickled the back of his mind as he tried desperately to put a name to the face. Nothing was coming though.

"A bullfrog tongue! They're tasty, I haven't eaten the legs yet if you want one, they're the best part." He gestured casually behind him to the crop of freshly killed frogs. "Say, this is driving me crazy but you look really, really familiar. Have we met before? My name is Aksel Frost."
