Gossamer loves to challenge herself to do the impossible. She throws herself into what she decides to do with a concentrated energy and awesome willpower. She makes a formidable opponent, although quietly so. Gossamer keeps her cool and her focus on the surface even though what's below is probably another story entirely. Gossamer seeks to keep up her facade of composure and is wary about who she lets in. What she wants most of all in life is security and she'll do what it takes to feel secure and somewhat in control of her situation.

Gossamer is calm and composed and she rarely rushes into things with out first considering the consequences. She is somewhat stubborn and sticks to her opinions like glue but despite her cool manner she warms up to new wolves and accepts other viewpoints...with a few comments or so. Gossamer has a lot of presence and not just because of her size, though that certainly helps. She has a confidence that tells others that she's not to be pushed around and that she is to be respected, even feared.

It can be a bit difficult to understand what exactly makes Gossamer tick but she's just fine with that and enjoys surprising others. Gossamer is quite proud of her independence and she isn't easily pushed around when it comes to issues that are important to her or to her goals. Gossy is patient and a good listener and while she'll throw herself toward her goals she's confident that slow and steady will win her the prize. She plans carefully to get what she wants, using her resourcefulness and intelligence as best she's able. Her survival instincts are strong and she understands that life simply isn't fair, but that won't stop her from getting what she wants out of life.

Gossamer can also have a tendency to be sarcastic and she enjoys spinning tales both seriously and to goad at others. For lack of a better word she enjoys being a "bullshit artist". It offers her freedom and if she wants to change herself and be someone else for a bit she's able to. She loves to tell stories and make up tales of fantasy words. Especially as a pup her favorite game is playing pretend. While honest with her parents Gossamer will quickly learn that lying also helps her get out of tight spots with adults and she has no problem trying to milk pity out of a few bleeding hearts. Despite this though, Gossamer believes in truth and seeks to find her own, all the while knowing the benefits of a skillfully placed lie, especially if it protects those she cares about.

Gossamer values her privacy and gets paranoid if she feels she's being stalked. She feels the need to control her environment and she's good at strategy. She never ruins her plans because of impatience and tends to plan out her moves carefully and deliberately by feeling out others and situations. She has a tendency to use her influence and persuasion to push others in a direction that best suits her and sometimes she can get frustrated when she realizes that despite her best efforts she really doesn't have control over others thoughts and feelings.

As said before Gossamer loves to test herself and often others. She'll make all kinds of rules and goals just for the personal satisfaction that comes from achieving them. Gossamer has her own code of ethics and honor and she follows them to the letter. Loyalty to her family is paramount. While she'll push boundaries with others she takes her loyalty to her family seriously and can think of nothing worse than being a traitor.
