He had finished with a patrol for the day and decided to clear out some old stuff from his den before working on repairing one of his gauntlets. It had torn in the middle of a hunt the other day, nearly costing him the hunt. Luckily, he had managed to still catch his prey and brought it back, but in the process, his gear was messed up. He needed a new leather piece to fix it, and lucky for him, he had some scraps stashed away in his den and had only just found it. He had enough, in fact, to make a whole new and improved set! And not only that, but he could also reinforce parts of his father's armor. Not so much that the whole thing would be changed, but enough that it would better protect him in some parts. Settling outside his den, he set to work, smoothing and working the stiffer pieces so that they were easier to work with.
