Flurry had hung back somewhat from the two women as the trio had made the trek to the Armada. In truth Flurry wasn't totally sure why she'd asked to tag along when her mother had mentioned taking Jael up north to look for livestock. She'd said it was to cash in a tour she'd been promised but while yeah, she did want to see the purple Fatalis girl again she also wasn't holding out hope. Flurry was starting to come to grips with the fact it seemed she wasn't what others considered relationship material. Flurry enjoyed a good no strings attached fuck sure, had with one man already but well... It wasn't like she had any real companions her own age. Not even a single goddamn friend. Wasn't that sad? And she was starting to feel awkward around most wolves at this point... And wolf-dogs. She'd not been able to get the expression Jael had worn after Flurry had spoken up about a lack of big prey during their visit to the beach... Flurry was pretty damn sure she'd walked away from that looking like an idiot to everyone. And really... Were they wrong? But it meant she'd not felt comfortable really walking with the group, she'd kept her head down and simply followed.

And now that they were here and had been let in? Flurry didn't really know what to do with herself. Curiosity and her normally more adventurous nature was clashing with the more self aware and anxious part of her. She wanted to explore and she also didn't want to trespass. So she sort of did neither.  Dithering like an idiot. She'd walked away from the two older women and now... Now she just sorts hovered at the edge of the market, sort of just casually hoping she'd spot the Fatalis Princess... She didn't even have the girls name, couldn't even come-a-calling.

The market was such a familiar place, the constant din of the patrons such an integral aspect of his life, that he felt completely at ease there. He'd taken over the armourer's stand for the day, some of his handiwork to be placed on display for interested parties. Even though the market had been open for a little while, he was only just arriving. Laden with leather and metal, he moved slow and heavily. The thunderous reverberations of his paws colliding with the stone floor alerted most patrons of his presence before he got close enough, and he rarely had to ask someone to move out of his way. There was always a bottleneck at the entrance as the guards gave everyone a once over, so he was loitering for a moment or two before he was waved through. Head slung low between his shoulders, he paused as he spotted a very anxious fae lingering by the doorway. Her scent was vaguely familiar, but he couldn't place it amidst the flood of strange odours overwhelming his senses.

"Hey," he grunted, taking a wobbly half step towards her. He wasn't particularly steady with the sideways motions with one bum leg and roughly fifty pounds of hardware strapped to his back. "you looking for something?" the dun coloured titan was probably a bit intimidating, and the gruff attitude wasn't doing any favours, but at least he was trying? "I can point you in the right direction if you're trying to find something specific." he added, trying to soften the furrow in his brow and the rough edge of his voice.
