As the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting long shadows across the moor floor, Korona called out for any of her siblings, the girl standing in a clearing bathed in sunlight as she waited. Korona's amber eyes caught the patchy form of Corsair as he arrived to seemingly accept her challenge. Or maybe he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

With a low rumble of excitement, Korona dipped into a defensive stance, ready to engage in the fight she’d proposed. “You think ya can take me on, Cors?” She challenged, her voice a playful taunt. Haughty thing that she was, her nature was straightforward and to the point.

THE KRAKEN

Creeping like a collie stalking a sheep, Corsair kept his unblinking eyes on his sister, a lip pulling back in answer to her question but no words leaving his mouth. There wasn't a lot about the boy that wasn't business, and this scrap would be like any other, strange beast that he was. He marked his sister's defensive stance and his tipped ears turned forward, unperturbed. Focused.

Charging forward like only a herding dog would, the air full of growls and teeth snapping on air and fur, he was using the force of his charge and the broad, wooly expanse of his chest to try and get his sister on the backfoot. Unrefined, but intimidating if you weren't used to it (as his sister, she probably was though).

Korona met Corsair's intense gaze with a smirk, her amber eyes glinting with amusement as he approached like he was hunting. His silence spoke volumes about his focus, all business as usual for the stoic bugger. She wanted to see him crack!

As Corsair charged forward, Korona welcomed the challenge, her own instincts honed from countless encounters with her siblings. She sidestepped his rush with as much grace as the young girl could, dodging his attempts to push her back. They were pretty equal size wise, and she had fire in her veins.

“You’re too stiff, brother! Have some fun!” She taunted playfully. Korona remained unfazed, her own strategy beginning to unfold in her mind. With a swift movement, she aimed to circle around him, aiming for his flank with a bite where his defenses might be weaker.

Korona sidestepped his charge, and a grin cracked the corner of his lips. Belly all but dragging on the ground, she had the high ground as she aimed for his flank. He flexed his dexterous paws and tried to fling a pawful of dirt into her face. Nobody said anything about fighting fair, and they were Raider's after all. It wasn't about how you won at the end of the day.

Tucking his tail close to his body he curled like a croissant and snapped towards her hip, only looking for enough of a hold to try and knock her over. It wasn't life or death... Not yet.

Korona laughed, a bright and mocking sound, as she felt the dirt hit her face. Of course, there was a string, a screech of outrage. She blinked rapidly, shaking her head to clear her vision, her grin never wavering even as a paw reached up to wipe at her eyes.
“Ya really think that's gonna stop me?” She taunted, her voice dripping with playful scorn. She was regaining her composure when he was already on the move again, his body a blur of motion as he tried to capitalize on her temporary blindness. A bite aimed at her hip connects, the girl growling as she twists her neck to knock her skull against his neck/shoulder. The best she can do in the situation.
