Onyx was taking a while to get used to the warmer climate of anywhere that wasn't the north. She had done it before, she hadn't liked it. But she had to get over it and overcome. She was easy to adapt. Just not happy about it.

She had to admit the beauty of the warming Grande though. Fishing was probably one of her favorite pass times so the river here was a draw. She'd make note to come back for fish when she felt like it. Not today though.

She walked up to the bank of the river before taking a seat, watching as few fish started to grow comfortable to her not moving form and swam carelessly through the water. Anything was better than being 'out in the open' of Hemlock where someone could bother her. She wasn't social, not great for pack life as she knew. But here she was trying her best.

"Onyx"
Mature! For foul language. Can be prone to violence.

Speech // thought // French

A shadow moved through the underbrush, in a rambling, meandering wandering sort of way. A flitting movement here, a dancing movement there, and an easy strolling toward the sound of the river. A lithe and slender form emerged from the undergrowth, fur of sleek raven black. At first, she was rather unaware of the brilliantly colored fae on the river, her deep lavender blue eyes were locked to the ground looking for particular shapes and shades of greens in this early spring weather. The banks of a river would be a fine environment to support luscious and vicarious herbs of many varieties! And it was early enough in spring for the lanterns and the horsetails to be usable.

"Hmm... zut." She muttered under her breath, unable to find her quarry just yet. She looked up finally to take in her surroundings and was startled by the vibrant colors of the wolf nearby.
"Pardon! I...mean no intrusion..." She said aloud her accent thick and lingering. Oh she didn't stumble on any packlands did she?
"Is zhiz land... liberer... Free?" She asked with a carefully inquisitive tone and a tilt of her head.
