Káti continued to linger on the edge of the party, but slowly, as the alcohol loosened his inhibitions he started to work his way closer. In particular a woman who was crafting with some sort of root caught his attention. He settled down close by as he set about to do some crafting with chamomile as well as to make some tea for his nerves. Selecting a few chamomile plants, Káti started to snip the flowering tops off of them, dividing them into two piles. One for the tea and one for the poultice. Getting to his feet he padded over toward the woman and cleared his throat. "Excuse me, miss. Is it uh… is it ok if I join you? I'm doing some plant things to. Like tea. I'm making tea."

Halla glanced up at the timid man who asked if he could craft with her. She eyed him for a moment then nodded. If he wanted to sit and work that was fine with her though she hoped this wasn't some attempt to flirt. She could tell right off the bat she wasn't particularly interested in him though he did have a rather handsome pelt. Hala set one of the roots on a smooth, flat stone. Next she part of an antler in her jaws and aiming the flat part down she worked to smash and crush the root so it would better work for her tincture. Using a scrapper made from a deer's shoulder blade she scrapped the crushed herb into a ceramic bowl. For the fresh juice, she would need to crush the root in her special ceramic bowl that had been made to have a small lip for pouring. She set the root in and again she went to work mashing it with the deer antler. "Talk"

Artisan gave both ladies a friendly grin as they pulled back from their kiss, a warm heat growing in his belly that may or may not have been attributed to the alcohol. She was so very small but beautiful beyond belief, and Art let his gaze roam along her sun-touched coat before returning to stare at her freshly kissed lips. She accepted his request easy and his grin widened as she leaned in towards him. He had to lean quite far down to meet her lips, but somehow her lack of height only made her more enticing. Such a wonder, these Boreas wolves. He did not let the kiss linger too long and rumbled a soft murmur of pleasure against her lips, pulling back before his passion drove him even further. "You are spectacular, thank you."  Maybe kisses could give one energy after all; Artisan felt like he could last the entire night on just the pleasant memory she'd given him.   "Talk" "Listen" Think

Káti reached into his bag and pulled out two ceramic bowls. He put an ounce of the flowers in one bowl for tea and several other flowers in the other. Taking a deer bone in his mouth, he titled his head so the balled end would be pointed down and mash the chamomile flowers for the tea and for the poultice. He worked back and forth between the bowls until she was satisfied. He looked up and immediately turned his gaze downward as he saw a pretty woman and a pretty man kissing. What were they doing making out int he open like this? He was starting to wonder just how drunk everyone was getting at this party and it if was about time for him to pack up and move. He was all for drinking and a little revelry but he just didn't feel right watching other's make out. Although… really, maybe he was the one that needed to relax. A little bit of kissing wasn't that bad. It wasn't like anyone was having sex on the beach right there.

Once the root was good and mashed Halla grabbed her vial and uncorked it. Picking up the bowl she aimed the spout and poured in the water. She then repeated the mashing and pouring until she was satisfied with what she collected. Now for the tincture. Halla dug around in her bundle until she pulled out a small bottle of white wine. She poured the wine into the first ceramic bowl with the mashed root and then scooted it closer to the fire so that it could heat up and extract more healing properties. She settled down and poured herself another drink as she watched the older man. "If you like to craft healing herbs I wouldn't mind traveling with you for a bit. I have a few more items on my list before autumn arrives. A platonic relationship of mutual benefit of course." She didn't want the man to get the wrong idea with all these hormones saturating the air. "Talk"

Taking his water skin, Káti added a little less than a pint of water to the tea bowl before covering it with a ceramic lid to help prevent the healing properties from evaporating. Káti very carefully scooted the bowl to the fire before turning back to the poultice mixture. He added just enough water to moisten the mixture before scooting that ceramic bowl near the fire as well. He'd let it heat and mash it more until it was a consistent pulp, cool enough to apply. He looked up as the woman stated she wouldn't mind having someone to craft with for a bit. "O-ok. Yea, sure that would be great." She emphasized that she was just looking to hang out and not for any romantic involvement. That was fair. He didn't really think he had much of a shot with younger women any how. Besides, he wasn't really the amorous sort. Flirting and relationships weren't really his thing.
