Kaija had always been content being purposeless, but lately that lack of direction was starting to feel less fun. Constant worry about Ophie seemed to plague her now, and though some days were harder than others, she knew she couldn't sulk around forever. Life went on even without her, but without her things were a whole lot less rewarding and fun. Nothing she could do about it now though other than to keep looking for her wherever she went… or dedicate every waking moment to finding her. That sounded appealing but she knew it wasn't exactly realistic.

The least she could do was work on getting in shape, though, in case she decided she wanted to go that route. Living on her own since she was young meant she was already pretty well-rounded and self-sufficient but she hadn't really spent a lot of time focusing on making sure she was ready to fight. Maybe kick someone's ass if she needed to. Whatever.

Making her way further south than she'd been in awhile, she was glad when she heard someone looking for a fight. May as well take advantage of it while she could. Picking up her pace, she slowed when the stranger came into view, giving him a lopsided grin. "Looking for a fight? Me too. Let's do it," she exclaimed. She didn't feel the need to waste time on pleasantries. He was looking for a fight and she could provide, the rest didn't seem to matter.

Without waiting, once she was within leaping distance of him, she charged him. Kaija didn't make it a surprise she was coming, not that she was a terribly sly wolf, as bulky as she was. Her attack would be obvious but she hoped the sheer force behind her heavier weight would work to her advantage. Charging him straight on, as she aimed to collide with him she lifted her front paws and meant to bring them down on his shoulders, hopefully forcing him down toward the ground.
