Isa insisted he go and help others, but he was reluctant to leave her side. He would have stayed there a while longer if Marshal - who was keeping a watchful eye on everything he could from the sky - didn’t suddenly shriek. Andy! He shot up from his position beside Isa, and even though he was cold and tired, and his dense fur made swimming difficult for him, he raced to the water's edge. His eyes scanned the water… there! He plunged in after her, but he had a while to go to reach her. He saw her go under, and picked up his pace, frantic now.

Before he could reach her another form shot into the water. For a brief moment he was confused at the sudden flash of a red coat, but he had no time for such concerns. By the time he arrived, the wolf had already dragged her from the water’s edge, and the Warlord was struggling with the current to join them. He made it onto the mountain side, and hobbled the last of the way to Andy and Aresenn. He arrived in time to catch her words. “Marshal says they are okay, Gossamer rescued them.” He told Andy as he leaned over her and began to check her over. Only once he was certain that Andy wasn’t critical, did he turn his attention to the other wolf. He frowned, and recognition finally dawned. He was a part of the pirates, he had been with that wolf who had given Andy a far too leerious once over. This wolf himself had not, and now they were, rescuing his daughter… he could not fault them the trespass. “Thank you. I know what you did for her. Help me get her to Isa, I’ll be directing the healer to set up there” He told the boy, knowing where he had set Isa was high enough to be safe from the flood waters.
