Again Isa laughed, this time when Sirius told her to let the pack see them. She clicked her tongue and shook her head. "Naughty." From the opposite side of the cauldron, Sirius took on a new look. A predatory look. It tightened Isa's stomach and she bit her bottom lip for a moment. Sirius informed her that he didn't plan to wait and, just like that, he was after her.
Sirius ran around the edge of the cauldron and, maybe he thought she would race around to where he'd just been standing, but she didn't. Instead, Isa raced away from the cauldron, the food stores and Sirius. She was smaller and whip-quick. Dainty paws snaked through the Col, leading the man further and further from the common areas. That had been her plan all along. Wait? She knew that he couldn't. She also didn't want to wait. She did, however, want some privacy. What better way to get both of their blood pumping than a good, old fashioned chase? She was more than happy to be his prey.
