The World Needs More of You and Me

It had always been said that females were the ones to have baby fever, but here he was, the big tough Klein, mourning the fact that his children were grown. He knew that Aliana wouldn't deny him more children and he did love seeing her nice and round and full of their pups. She was a fantastic mother and the making of the pups was never a bad time either. So... Chimera made plans.

The black and white behemoth filled up the cart that he had utilized when working with Reila. He planned to be gone for a few days and they would need supplies simply for Aliana's comfort. He packed bedding, food, wine, wood for fires and shelter to shield them from the days heat. You see, Chimera was taking his wife away from the winter cold and to a desert oasis for a little vacation. Yes, it was the desert, but it was the desert in winter. The days would be hot, but not as hot as they would be during the summer months. The nights would be chill, but he could think of ways that they could stay warm.

With the yoke around his neck, Chimera pulled the small wooden cart with ease, even through the sand. The sun was just setting and the desert was taking on a beautiful blue glow as the moon took its turn in the sky. He'd timed it perfectly and the oasis came into view as the pair crested the last dune. It wasn't a large oasis but it didn't need to be. Chimera didn't exactly plan on doing any sight seeing. Unless seeing Ali laid out before him like a clouded buffet counted.

"What do you think?" the man rumbled, casting his pale pink eye towards the tiny fae. He hoped the change of scenery would please her. He knew that it would please him.
