The grin is, of course, returned. Bylgja has no reason to not grin; this is a stranger, but a stranger who has accepted her fight with a pleasant enough demeanor. So, when they collide and Bylgja is jarred by the brick wall of a youth, she laughs. Throaty, heavy, delighted. Her tail flicks back and forth; a spar is a fight without lethal intent, after all. She sees no reason to be so dire about affairs. That flickering smile on Unagi's lips is mirrored across Bylgja's.
They rise up together; Unagi gets a grasp at her, arms wrapping about Bylgja's shoulders, but Bylgja moves to mirror the gesture, locking her forelimbs around Unagi. Simultaneously, as one bite snaps against her scalp and there's a pinch, a squelch of pain, a trickle of blood, Bylgja snaps in return, aiming to score her teeth down Unagi's right cheek, or anywhere she can gain purchase, really. Sure, it's a bit rough and tumble, but Bylgja clearly doesn't care at all. This is what she signed up for, after all. Why not have fun with it? |
