a voice sails overhead, drawing the girl’s attention from the waves below. a woman stands a few paces away, littered with coloured lines and brandishing an axe. she’s muscled and fierce, cutting a formidable figure against the lightening sky. interest stirs hot in the pit of Yarra’s belly, and she finds herself unable to tear her eyes away; the woman is a visual feast, every inch of her impressive and well-decorated. “hello,” Yarra purrs, letting her bright gaze rake shamelessly over her companion; she lingers at bit too long in certain places for it to be considered polite. “you know, i wasn’t sure,” she continues, a suggestive smile lingering in the curve of her mouth. her voice grows low and heated. “but now i’m starting to understand.” her voice is low and heated, eyes fixed onto the woman with obvious meaning.
