Spring. It was spring. Selkie has decided that she's not all that sure how she feels about spring. Most of the days were pretty chilly for her tastes, and they'd been terribly soggy so far. At least they were starting to get warmer... sorta. Sorta starting. The rain had been pretty much relentless, leaving everything sodden and terrible and chilly though. Actually, Selkie was pretty sure she'd never be anything other than damp ever again. If she was going to be soggy anyway, why not make the best of it? The rain had slowed to a drizzle, and the days were at least starting to warm up some. Damp as they were, at least she could play in the puddles. Hopping at first, and then leaping. Splashing and giggling her way through, Selkie was really having quite the time of herself. Frolicking and romping, she's absolutely beaming. Bigger and bigger steps, and then full on hops between them, sending water up in all directions. The little pup doesn't realize just how cold she's getting, but at least in this very moment, she doesn't seem to mind too much! |
