Yarra is kept waiting a tad longer than would be considered socially polite, but it only heightens her anticipation, fans the flames of her desire until she’s practically burning with it. it’s a relief when Absinth’s sweet voice touches her ear, like a splash of water on a hot summer’s day. “you’re one to talk,” she purrs, turning slowly to drink in the truly mouthwatering sight before her. Absinth is pure sin, temptation on legs, dripping in confidence and sex appeal. “i swear my heart just about stops every time i look at you.” oh, how’s she’s missed this. it’s been so long since they’ve had time together, just the two of them. stepping carefully, Yarra glides forward until there’s scarcely an inch between them. she doesn’t cross that threshold though, not until Absi gives the go-ahead. “how’ve you been, gorgeous? staying out of trouble?” the words are a teasing sing-song, a knowing glint in those sharp green eyes. no doubt she’s been gallivanting about the lands, spreading her personal mixture of chaos and mischief.
