Wylan was back at it with selling his honey candy at the marketplace. He was afforded a little more freedom now that he had reached his first birthday, and was prancing about the market, basket in hand.

When a wolf with a red mohawk entered the marketplace, he actually recognised their scent. This wasn’t the only wolf from that pack that he had encountered. Modesty had been delighted to buy some of his sweets. He trotted towards the red eyed wolf, his basket swinging side to side. “Hello! Could I interest you in some honeyed sweets? I made them myself” he said, beaming up at the older wolf.
