The boy launched himself toward her and as he lifted his upper body to try and wrap his arms around her she darted down and forward, seeking to get beneath him. Her jaws flew open, aiming for his abdomen, just past his sternum. As she moved she felt his fangs graze the middle of her back but it wasn't enough to stop her.
