Since her mother and siblings had left, Zion has felt… lost. While she, her sister, her brothers, and their father have all remained in the Armada, the girl cannot help but still feel somewhat abandoned. Mortis is doing his best for them all and she is grateful for that but she can still get nervous going into the Col. But she keeps forces herself to go, to put herself into uncomfortable situations so that she might learn and grow. Case in point. Andromeda’s call from inside the Col finds her wandering underneath the family’s treehouse and Zion is quick to answer the call. Not hesitating a moment, she crosses into the Col and makes her way to the cave where the lesson will take place, nodding to the lavender woman as she is greeted, the girl quickly picks a fur and settles herself onto it. Once her brothers appear and seat themselves, the woman pulls their attention to her and asks if they are ready to learn about berries. Excitedly, Zion leans forward and chirps, “Yeah!” while her tail sweeps across the fur. Learning has always been interesting to her so this is perfect! |
